| CVE-2026-58015 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 15 Glib, Cert Manager, Discovery and 12 more | 2026-09-10 | 5.9 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GLib. The D-Bus client-side implementation of the DBUS_COOKIE_SHA1 SASL authentication mechanism does not validate the cookie_context parameter received from the server. A malicious D-Bus server can supply a cookie_context containing path traversal sequences, causing the client to read an arbitrary file and exfiltrate sensitive data by verifying guessed file contents against a generated hash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58014 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 15 Glib, Cert Manager, Discovery and 12 more | 2026-09-10 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GLib. An off-by-one error can occur in the g_key_file_get_locale_string_list function in the gkeyfile.c file when loading a key file with an empty value. This flaw can cause an out-of-bounds access of 1 byte or a denial of service when the out-of-bounds access crosses a page boundary. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58013 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 14 Glib, Cert Manager, Discovery and 11 more | 2026-09-10 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GLib. A buffer over-read can occur in g_io_channel_read_line_backend() in the giochannel.c file when a custom line terminator with a length greater than one is set, causing memcmp to read past the GString buffer. This vulnerability can cause a minor information disclosure of 7 bytes or a denial of service when the buffer over-read crosses a page boundary. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58012 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 14 Glib, Cert Manager, Discovery and 11 more | 2026-09-10 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GLib. A buffer over-read can occur in the g_regex_replace function when used with the `G_REGEX_RAW` compile flag and case-change replacement escapes because the string_append function processes matched substrings using UTF-8 functions that assume valid UTF-8 input, even when the string is treated as raw bytes. This vulnerability can cause a minor information disclosure of 1-5 bytes and a denial of service when the buffer over-read crosses a page boundary. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58011 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 14 Glib, Cert Manager, Discovery and 11 more | 2026-09-10 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GLib. An out-of-bounds read of only 2 bytes can occur in the g_date_time_get_ymd function in the glib/gdatetime.c file when an invalid GDateTime object produced by the g_date_time_add_full function is processed. This flaw can corrupt the date output and potentially cause logic errors that may lead to a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58010 | 2 Gnome, Redhat | 14 Glib, Cert Manager, Discovery and 11 more | 2026-09-10 | 6.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GLib. An off-by-one error can occur in the gvs_tuple_is_normal function in the glib/gvariant-serialiser.c file when doing an alignment padding check because the bounds check uses > instead of >=, causing an out-of-bounds read of only 1 byte. This issue can cause a minor information disclosure of 1 byte and a denial of service when the out-of-bounds read crosses a page boundary. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18508 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 8 Tar, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 5 more | 2026-09-10 | 4.4 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GNU tar. When extracting an archive with the --one-top-level option, hardlink targets are not confined to the designated top-level directory and may resolve relative to the extraction working directory. A crafted archive can create hardlinks that escape the intended boundary and, when combined with a preexisting symbolic link under the working directory, may allow writing outside that boundary during a single extraction. | ||||
| CVE-2026-18477 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 8 Tar, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 5 more | 2026-09-10 | 4.4 Medium |
| A TOCTOU (Time-of-Check Time-of-Use) vulnerability in GNU tar's incremental dumpdir 'X' rename handling allows a local attacker with write access to a directory being backed up to influence the restore process if the attacker has access to the system where the restore is being performed. During restoration, files or directories may be created, renamed or overwritten outside the intended extraction directory. This could lead to unauthorized file modification or, in some cases, privilege escalation. Exploitation does not require the attacker to modify or craft the archive, and standard backup and restore workflows—including extracting into a newly created directory without using the -P option do not mitigate the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16730 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images, Hummingbird and 3 more | 2026-09-10 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in dbus-broker. When the process file-descriptor limit is reached, EMFILE/ENFILE errors during peer setup (notably SO_PEERPIDFD) are handled as fatal failures, causing the broker to exit. A local attacker who can open many connections to the user session bus can trigger this and deny service to the desktop session. Flatpak applications can reach the host session bus through the dbus proxy. | ||||
| CVE-2026-15588 | 1 Redhat | 15 Cert Manager, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 12 more | 2026-09-10 | 5.3 Medium |
| A denial-of-service and resource exhaustion vulnerability exists within the `GDBus` component of GLib. The `gdbusauth` authentication mechanism fails to enforce proper length limitations on data lines read from a client. An unauthenticated local or remote attacker can exploit this lack of input validation by sending excessively long streams of data, causing the application to consume massive amounts of system memory and CPU, potentially leading to a crash or system hang. | ||||
| CVE-2026-4897 | 2 Freedesktop, Redhat | 5 Polkit, Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird and 2 more | 2026-09-10 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in polkit. A local user can exploit this by providing a specially crafted, excessively long input to the `polkit-agent-helper-1` setuid binary via standard input (stdin). This unbounded input can lead to an out-of-memory (OOM) condition, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12891 | 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Project, Redhat | 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Plugin, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-10 | 4.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the GStreamer gst-plugins-bad package. When processing a malformed H.266/VVC video stream with a crafted aspect ratio indicator value, the H.266 parser performs an out-of-bounds read of up to 8 bytes from adjacent memory. This flaw allows an attacker to craft a malicious H.266 video file or stream that, when processed by a GStreamer-based application, could leak limited memory contents through video metadata, potentially exposing sensitive information from the application's address space. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12892 | 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Project, Redhat | 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Plugin, Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-10 | 4.4 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GStreamer's gst-plugins-bad package. When processing a specially crafted H.264 video file containing malformed MVC or SVC extension slice NAL units, a 1-byte heap out-of-bounds read can occur during parsing. This happens when the parser attempts to check slice boundary information without first verifying that the NAL unit contains enough data beyond the extension header. An attacker could exploit this by tricking a user into opening a malicious H.264 video file, potentially causing the application to crash or leak a single byte of heap memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88940 | 2026-09-10 | 5.3 Medium | ||
| knowns through 0.33.0 fails to validate the path query parameter in the workspace browse endpoint, allowing remote attackers to enumerate arbitrary directories on the host filesystem. Attackers can traverse the directory structure to locate project directories and identify targets for further exploitation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88921 | 2026-09-10 | N/A | ||
| MISP contains an HTML injection vulnerability in the MISPElementHTMLFormatterTool component, which is responsible for rendering MISP element references (attributes, objects, and tags) into inline HTML during PDF report export via the convert_markdown_to_pdf module. The attribute(), objectAttribute(), object(), and tag() methods interpolated user-controlled fields (attribute type, attribute value, object name, object relation, tag name, tag colour, and tag text colour) directly into HTML templates without applying HTML entity encoding. An authenticated user with the ability to create or modify MISP attributes, objects, or tags could embed arbitrary HTML markup in these fields. When a report containing such elements was exported to PDF, the unescaped content was rendered as live HTML rather than inert text, potentially injecting script tags, breaking the document structure, or altering the visual content of the exported report. Additionally, the attribute() method contained a template with hardcoded sample values ("domain-ip" and "google.com") instead of format placeholders, meaning every plain attribute reference in a PDF displayed the sample text rather than the actual indicator value, constituting a data-integrity defect in the exported document. The vulnerability requires an authenticated actor with write access to MISP elements and a subsequent PDF export of a report referencing those elements. The security impact is primarily to the integrity of the exported document and, depending on the HTML-to-PDF rendering engine, potential execution of injected markup during the conversion step. Version affected: ≤2.5.45 | ||||
| CVE-2026-88018 | 2026-09-10 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. Prior to 1.75.1, rclone serve s3 configured with --auth-proxy but without --auth-key allows authPairMiddleware to register any client-chosen accessKeyID with an empty ws.s3Secret. gofakes3 then verifies the request’s SigV4 signature against that same empty secret, while Server.auth passes the access key identifier as both the user and authentication value to the proxy without an independent per-identity secret. An unauthenticated network attacker can therefore choose an arbitrary access key, sign with an empty secret, and reach whatever backend the auth-proxy script resolves for that identity. This issue is fixed in version 1.75.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88014 | 2026-09-10 | 6.3 Medium | ||
| rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. From 1.72.0 until 1.75.1, the archive ZIP backend method (*Fs).readZip in backend/archive/zip/zip.go accepts archive/zip.File.Name values from an untrusted central directory and exposes cleaned entry names without ensuring that they remain inside the archive namespace. Entries such as ../../etc/cron.d/evil can survive path.Clean and become Object.Remote() values that fs/sync and fs/operations use as destination-relative paths, allowing rclone copy or sync to write outside the selected destination on backends that do not independently confine the path. The non-empty root check also used strings.HasPrefix without a path boundary, so root foo could incorrectly include sibling foobar entries. This issue is fixed in version 1.75.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88013 | 2026-09-10 | 3.7 Low | ||
| rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. From 1.49.0 until 1.75.1, the HTTP backend attaches headers configured through --http-headers or headers= to requests in backend/http/http.go, while its fshttp.NewClient client follows redirects without a backend-specific http.Client.CheckRedirect policy. A configured remote that redirects to another host can therefore cause custom secrets such as X-Api-Key to be resent to that untrusted destination, and a same-host HTTPS-to-HTTP redirect can expose Authorization or Cookie headers in cleartext. Listing, stat, download, mount, and serve operations can trigger the leak during normal use. This issue is fixed in version 1.75.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-88008 | 2026-09-10 | N/A | ||
| Traefik is an open source HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. From 2.11.26 until 2.11.57 and 3.7.13, Traefik forwards a client-supplied Connection header requesting Upgrade, the Upgrade: h2c token, and HTTP2-Settings to a shared backend. If the backend accepts h2c and returns 101 Switching Protocols, Traefik enters a raw tunnel and no longer applies routers, BasicAuth, ForwardAuth, IPAllowList, RateLimit, access logging, metrics, or tracing to later HTTP/2 requests, allowing an unauthenticated request through an unprotected route to reach protected paths on the same backend. This issue is fixed in 2.11.57 and 3.7.13. | ||||
| CVE-2026-87913 | 1 Aws | 1 Aws Security Agent Mcp Server | 2026-09-10 | 5.9 Medium |
| A missing S3 bucket ownership verification in the AWS Security Agent MCP server before 0.2.0 version might allow remote attackers to obtain the private source archive of a scanned workspace, including credentials and infrastructure state contained in that archive, via a pre-registered storage bucket whose name is derived from a publicly known account identifier. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 0.2.0. Users should also verify that the scan output bucket in their account is owned by their own account, because upgrading does not release a bucket name that a third party has already registered. | ||||
