| CVE-2026-112398 | 2 Python, Python-pillow | 2 Pillow, Pillow | 2026-10-27 | 9.8 Critical |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 13.0.0, Pillow's FlashPix JPEG-tile decoder can write decoded scanlines beyond the allocated tile buffer. FlashPix (FPX) JPEG decoding selects raw mode LA with two bytes per pixel, while an unrecognized JPEG mode can be decoded as JCS_UNKNOWN with four components, causing ImagingJpegDecode to write four-component scanlines into the two-byte tile buffer. An attacker can supply a crafted OLE2 FlashPix file to an application with the optional olefile dependency installed that opens or thumbnails untrusted input. This can corrupt heap memory and may allow arbitrary code execution. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-117996 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Firefox | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| Incorrect boundary conditions in the WebRTC component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 159, Firefox ESR 153.6, Thunderbird 159, and Thunderbird 153.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118002 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Firefox | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| Information disclosure due to race condition in the Networking component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 159, Firefox ESR 153.6, Thunderbird 159, and Thunderbird 153.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118177 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Thunderbird | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| When looking for calendars in a directory on a server, during account setup or when adding a new network calendar, Thunderbird accepted calendar locations pointing to other servers, local files or network shares. A malicious server, or a network attacker when the lookup used plain HTTP, could make Thunderbird subscribe to such a location. On Windows this could leak the user's NTLM credentials to an attacker-controlled host on every calendar refresh, and changes to the calendar could be written to the attacker's share or overwrite a local file. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 159 and Thunderbird 153.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118178 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Thunderbird | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| A remote RSS feed could use the itunes:new-feed-url or newLocation element to permanently change its stored subscription URL to a file: URL. Thunderbird then read that location on every feed update. This allowed a malicious feed, or an attacker able to modify a feed delivered over HTTP, to make Thunderbird read local files and, on Windows, connect to an attacker-controlled network share, which could leak the user's NTLM credentials. The NTLM credential leak only affects Thunderbird on Windows. Other operating systems are affected by the local file read only. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 159 and Thunderbird 153.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118179 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Thunderbird | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| Clicking a news: or snews: link that referenced a message-ID made Thunderbird connect, without asking, to the host and port given in the link, even if it was not a configured news server. Line breaks in the message-ID were sent to the server unmodified, so a crafted link could send arbitrary commands to services reachable from the user's network. In addition, snews: links to such servers connected without TLS. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 159 and Thunderbird 153.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112397 | 2 Python, Python-pillow | 2 Pillow, Pillow | 2026-10-27 | 7.5 High |
| Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 13.0.0, Pillow's ImageMorph.MorphOp.apply() can access memory before a row buffer for a zero-width image. PPM and PGM input can create an image with width zero, and the native morphology routine indexes outrow[width - 1] without rejecting that geometry. An attacker can supply such an image to an application that applies a morphology operation. This can crash the process. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. | ||||

| CVE-2026-19621 | 1 Mattermost | 2 Mattermost, Mattermost Server | 2026-10-27 | 6.5 Medium |
| Mattermost versions 11.10.x <= 11.10.0, 11.7.x <= 11.7.9, 11.9.x <= 11.9.1, 11.8.x <= 11.8.5 fail to strip action integration secrets from post payloads before broadcasting post-deletion web socket events and returning thread API responses, which allows an authenticated channel member to obtain server-side webhook URLs and authentication context from interactive-message posts via the post_deleted websocket event or the threads REST API.. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00766 | ||||
| CVE-2026-19600 | 1 Mattermost | 2 Mattermost, Mattermost Server | 2026-10-27 | 4.5 Medium |
| Mattermost versions 11.9.x <= 11.9.1, 11.8.x <= 11.8.5, 11.7.x <= 11.7.10, 11.10.x <= 11.10.1 fail to sanitize authentication tokens before writing them to server log entries, which allows an attacker with access to server logs to obtain valid session tokens or OAuth access tokens and impersonate authenticated users via the debug-level Mattermost server log.. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00763 | ||||
| CVE-2026-39928 | 2026-10-27 | N/A | ||

| CVE-2026-19076 | 1 Mattermost | 2 Mattermost, Mattermost Server | 2026-10-27 | 4.4 Medium |
| Mattermost versions 11.10.x <= 11.10.0, 11.7.x <= 11.7.9, 11.9.x <= 11.9.1, 11.8.x <= 11.8.5 fail to reject OAuth application sessions in the account type switch endpoint, which allows an attacker with a valid OAuth bearer token for a target user to permanently take over that user's SSO-backed account by setting an attacker-controlled password and detaching the account from its identity provider via a crafted request to POST /api/v4/users/login/switch.. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00758 | ||||
| CVE-2026-106456 | 2 Backstage, Linuxfoundation | 4 Backstage, Plugin-proxy-backend, Backstage and 1 more | 2026-10-27 | 4.8 Medium |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. From 0.5.0 until 0.6.18, the @backstage/plugin-proxy-backend package is affected by inconsistent credential enforcement for overlapping proxy routes. An operator can configure overlapping proxy paths with different credential requirements. When a parent path permits unauthenticated access and a nested path requires credentials, the parent exemption can also cover requests handled by the nested proxy. An unauthenticated caller may therefore reach the nested upstream through Backstage, including with static upstream credentials configured for that proxy. This issue is fixed in version 0.6.18. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106457 | 2 Backstage, Linuxfoundation | 4 Backstage, Plugin-auth-backend-module-cloudflare-access-provider, Backstage and 1 more | 2026-10-27 | 6.8 Medium |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. From 0.1.0 until 0.5.0, the @backstage/plugin-auth-backend-module-cloudflare-access-provider package is affected by insufficient audience validation in the cloudflare access auth provider. The Cloudflare Access auth provider verifies a token's signature and team issuer, but affected versions do not verify that the token was issued for the Backstage application. A user holding a valid token for another Access application in the same Cloudflare Zero Trust team may therefore be able to authenticate to Backstage if that token reaches the auth endpoint without the Backstage application's audience already being enforced upstream. Cloudflare Access normally evaluates the protected application before forwarding requests. This issue is fixed in version 0.5.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118170 | 2026-10-27 | N/A | ||
| The strapi/review-workflows package is vulnerable to a broken access control vulnerability allowing updates to be made without verifying whether the caller possesses update rights for the underlying document. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118174 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Thunderbird | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| When a message containing an OpenPGP key attachment was displayed, Thunderbird automatically loaded the attachment's content to offer importing the key. A sender could mark the attachment as an external attachment pointing to an arbitrary URL, which Thunderbird then loaded without any user interaction, bypassing remote content blocking. On Windows, a URL pointing to an attacker-controlled network share could leak the user's NTLM credentials. The NTLM credential leak only affects Thunderbird on Windows. On other operating systems, the issue allowed a remote request that bypassed remote content blocking. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 159 and Thunderbird 153.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118175 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Thunderbird | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| When replying to, forwarding, or editing a crafted email message as new, Thunderbird could embed parts of a different message stored in the same folder into the message being composed, without showing a blocked content warning. If the user sent the message, the content of the other message was disclosed to the recipients. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 159 and Thunderbird 153.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118180 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Thunderbird | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| When logging in to a Matrix account, Thunderbird used the homeserver address provided in the server's login response without validating it. A malicious or compromised homeserver could provide a file: URL, causing Thunderbird to send all further Matrix requests of that session to local files or, on Windows, to an attacker-controlled network share, which could leak the user's NTLM credentials. The NTLM credential leak only affects Thunderbird on Windows. Other operating systems are unaffected. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 159 and Thunderbird 153.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-117860 | 1 Mozilla | 2 Firefox, Thunderbird | 2026-10-27 | N/A |
| Same-origin policy bypass in the DOM: Navigation component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 159, Firefox ESR 153.6, Thunderbird 159, and Thunderbird 153.6. | ||||
