CVE-2026-92715 2 Themeum, Wordpress-extensions 2 Tutor Lms – Elearning And Online Course Solution, Tutor Lms 2026-10-18 4.3 Medium
The Tutor LMS – eLearning and online course solution plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.0 via the 'ID' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to modify arbitrary courses created by other instructors — overwriting their title, content, and status — and reassign ownership of those courses to themselves. This is possible because Input::sanitize_array() preserves attacker-supplied POST keys (including 'ID') without stripping them, and WordPress interprets a non-empty ID in the wp_insert_post() argument array as an update to the existing post rather than a new insert.
CVE-2026-93515 1 X.org 1 X Server 2026-10-18 6.1 Medium
A flaw was found in xorg-x11-server. A use-after-free vulnerability, where the application accesses memory after it has already been released, occurs in the Present extension because window notification entries are not properly unlinked before cleaning up window resources. An authenticated local X client can exploit this flaw by creating cross-window notifications and subsequently destroying the target window. Successful exploitation primarily results in a Denial of Service (DoS) via an X server crash, and may potentially lead to information disclosure.
CVE-2026-93517 1 X.org 1 X Server 2026-10-18 7.8 High
A flaw was found in xorg-x11-server. The GLX (OpenGL Extension to the X Window System) interface fails to verify that incoming data sizes do not exceed allocated buffer limits when handling large rendering requests. An authenticated local client can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted request, triggering a heap-based buffer overflow. Successful exploitation can result in arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the X server or cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by crashing the application.
CVE-2026-93523 1 X.org 1 X Server 2026-10-18 7.8 High
A flaw was found in xorg-x11-server. A local authenticated client can exploit this flaw by sending a crafted input device ungrab request with an unvalidated modifier value. This lack of validation causes the server to perform an out-of-bounds write on the heap, resulting in memory corruption that can lead to a denial of service (DoS) or potential arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2026-93524 1 X.org 1 X Server 2026-10-18 3.3 Low
A flaw was found in xorg-x11-server. An authenticated local user can trigger an out-of-bounds heap memory read by sending specially crafted X Keyboard Extension (XKB) requests with inconsistent key range parameters. This flaw leads to information disclosure, allowing the user to read sensitive data from the server's heap memory.
CVE-2026-93516 1 X.org 1 X Server 2026-10-18 7.8 High
A flaw was found in xorg-x11-server. A local user can exploit a use-after-free condition—where the software attempts to access memory after it has been freed—by establishing a passive input grab and removing an input device. When subsequent input events are processed, the server dereferences the dangling device pointer. This flaw can lead to arbitrary code execution or a Denial of Service (DoS) via an X server crash.
CVE-2026-86410 2 Curl, Redhat 2 Curl, Hummingbird 2026-10-18 6.8 Medium
A flaw was found in the curl command-line tool. When configured to follow redirects to Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) or Secure Copy Protocol (SCP) destinations, curl fails to apply user-specified Secure Shell (SSH) host verification settings. A malicious server can exploit this flaw by redirecting requests to an untrusted server, causing the connection to proceed without validating the remote host's identity. This failure can enable an attacker to intercept communications, leading to sensitive information disclosure.
CVE-2026-86413 1 Curl 1 Curl 2026-10-18 5.3 Medium
A flaw was found in curl. When curl is configured to follow HTTP redirects while performing Negotiate authentication using system-provided Kerberos credentials, it may forward authentication details to an unrelated destination. A malicious server can exploit this flaw by redirecting the client to a target URL containing embedded user credentials, resulting in information disclosure of sensitive authentication data.
CVE-2026-86414 1 Curl 1 Curl 2026-10-18 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in curl. A malicious or compromised HTTP proxy server can trick curl into sending authentication credentials intended for the target destination server directly to the proxy itself. When establishing a connection tunnel, if the proxy replies with an HTTP 401 Unauthorized status code instead of a proxy authentication challenge, curl mishandles the response and transmits the origin server's credentials. This issue leads to information disclosure, allowing an untrusted proxy to intercept sensitive passwords and authentication tokens.
CVE-2026-87861 1 Curl 1 Curl 2026-10-18 3.7 Low
A flaw was found in curl. When ambient user credentials—where authentication is handled implicitly without providing a username—are used, curl may improperly reuse an existing connection authenticated via Negotiate for a different server origin. This improper connection reuse can cause requests intended for one server to be transmitted over an established connection to another, potentially resulting in information disclosure.
CVE-2026-92387 1 Curl 1 Curl 2026-10-18 3.7 Low
A flaw was found in curl. When communicating with a malicious server using protocols such as FTP, IMAP, POP3, or SMTP, the server can trigger an infinite loop by continuously transmitting data while omitting the final control response line. This behavior bypasses configured transfer timeouts, indefinitely blocking concurrent transfers and resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS).
CVE-2026-92391 1 Curl 1 Curl 2026-10-18 3.7 Low
A flaw was found in curl. An attacker could supply deeply nested Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) structures to an application utilizing the libcurl library. During memory cleanup in the curl_mime_free function, excessive recursive calls exhaust available stack memory, leading to an application crash and a Denial of Service (DoS).
CVE-2026-94265 1 Curl 1 Curl 2026-10-18 3.1 Low
A flaw was found in curl. When processing an HTTP redirect to an address containing user credentials, curl improperly retains and retransmits authentication state. A malicious server can exploit this behavior by redirecting curl to an untrusted destination, forcing the client to transmit sensitive authentication tokens, such as Kerberos tickets, to the third party. This flaw can lead to unauthorized information disclosure of user credentials across domain boundaries.
CVE-2026-94266 1 Curl 1 Curl 2026-10-18 3.3 Low
A flaw was found in curl. This vulnerability can lead to information disclosure by inadvertently revealing authentication credentials. When curl retrieves credentials from a local configuration file (such as a .netrc file), requesting the effective URL metadata can cause the returned destination address to improperly include those secret credentials. A local user may exploit this issue to view sensitive authentication tokens if an application or script queries and logs or displays the resolved URL.
CVE-2026-98701 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-18 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: release mesh path quota on failed additions Repeated failed or duplicate mesh path additions can exhaust MESH_MAX_MPATHS while the path table holds fewer paths, which stops new paths to reachable destinations from being created. mesh_path_add() reserves a slot before allocating and inserting a path. If allocation fails, the function returns without releasing the slot. If the rhashtable insertion reports an error or an existing destination, the function discards its candidate but retains the reservation. No new path is installed in any of these cases. Release the reservation whenever the candidate is not installed.
CVE-2026-98706 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-18 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: drain PS delivery work during station teardown Removing an AP or mesh station can notify the driver and wake TXQs after the station has already been removed from the driver, and can update num_sta_ps and the power-save queues after station cleanup has purged them. sta_deliver_ps_frames() tests sta->dead only before it starts delivery. A worker that passes that test can be delayed while teardown sets sta->dead and removes the station from the driver; when it resumes it still runs the full delivery. The existing cancel_work_sync() sits near the end of __cleanup_single_sta(), after the final driver state transition and after PS accounting and queue purging, so it drains the worker only once the state it has to protect has already changed. Before commit d34ba2168a3c ("mac80211: don't delay station destruction") cleanup was deferred through the same ordered workqueue as the delivery work, which kept the two ordered. Cancel the work after setting sta->dead and before moving the driver state, and move the existing cancellation to the start of __cleanup_single_sta(). The first drain closes the driver-lifetime window; driver callbacks during the remaining state transitions can still queue drv_deliver_wk through ieee80211_sta_block_awake(), so retain the second drain at the start of __cleanup_single_sta(). That drain also covers insertion failures, which reach cleanup without setting sta->dead.
CVE-2026-98707 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-18 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: shut down RX BA session timer on teardown Tearing down an RX BA session can leave the session timer queued on a freed tid_rx. Later timer-wheel processing and the timer callback itself then run against freed memory. An RX BAR handler can dereference tid_rx under RCU before teardown unpublishes it and stay in its read-side critical section while teardown deletes the session timer. The stale handler can then rearm the timer after timer_delete_sync() returns and before the RCU callback frees tid_rx. Use timer_shutdown_sync() so rearm attempts become ineffective once teardown starts. Keep reorder_timer unchanged: teardown marks the session removed under reorder_lock and its release path checks that state before rearming. session_timer has no equivalent guard because ieee80211_rx_h_ctrl() rearms it before taking reorder_lock.
CVE-2026-98708 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-18 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: keep paired old chanctx alive An in-place replacement keeps reciprocal replace_ctx pointers between the old WILL_BE_REPLACED chanctx and the new REPLACES_OTHER chanctx. However, the early free paths only consider assigned and reserved link users when deciding whether to free the old chanctx. That lets the old chanctx be freed too early while the replacement partner still points back to it, either when the last assigned link is released or when that link successfully reassigns to another existing context. Later unreserve and switch-finalization paths can then follow a stale replace_ctx pointer. Keep a paired old chanctx alive until the replacement pair has been torn down. Apply the same check to both __ieee80211_link_release_channel() and ieee80211_link_use_reserved_reassign(). If the replacement is later abandoned, ieee80211_link_unreserve_chanctx() already tears down the pairing before freeing the old chanctx once no users remain.
