| CVE-2026-89089 | 2026-09-10 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| A SQL injection vulnerability exists in the JasperReports-based reporting feature of multiple versions of OpenNMS Meridian and Horizon. A low-privileged authenticated user (ROLE_USER) can run the shipped, default-enabled online reports "Maintenance contracts expired" (AssetManagementMaintExpired) and "Maintenance contracts strategy" (AssetManagementMaintStrategy) via the reporting REST API (POST /rest/reports/{id}) and supply a DATE_FORMAT parameter that the report templates substitute literally, un-escaped, into their SQL queries. This lets an attacker execute arbitrary SQL against the OpenNMS database and read arbitrary data, including database-stored secrets such as provisioning and notification credentials and SNMP community strings. The solution is to upgrade to Meridian 2024.3.13, 2025.0.10 and Horizon 36.0.4 or newer. Meridian and Horizon installation instructions state that they are intended for installation within an organization's private networks and should not be directly accessible from the Internet. | ||||
| CVE-2026-28642 | 1 Google | 1 Android | 2026-09-10 | 7.8 High |
| In executeRequest of ActivityStarter.java, there is a possible background activity launch due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. | ||||

| CVE-2026-87807 | 2 B3log, Siyuan | 2 Siyuan, Siyuan | 2026-09-10 | 7.5 High |
| siyuan versions before v3.8.2 contain an authenticated SQL injection vulnerability in the fullTextSearchBlock endpoint's method=1 query parameter. Attackers can inject UNION SELECT statements to read the entire blocks table, bypassing publish-access controls and exposing all document content and sensitive attributes. | ||||
| CVE-2026-87808 | 2 B3log, Siyuan | 2 Siyuan, Siyuan | 2026-09-10 | 4.9 Medium |
| SiYuan versions <= 3.8.1 contain an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-32767 (GHSA-j7wh-x834-p3r7). The prior fix (commit d5e2d0bc) added an administrator check for SQL mode (method=2) in POST /api/search/fullTextSearchBlock, but the endpoint still does not enforce the application's read-only boundary: for method=2 it forwards caller-supplied SQL to the blocks database query path without calling model.CheckReadonly or CheckReadonlyStatementInBox. As a result, when a workspace runs in read-only mode (--readonly=true), an authenticated administrator can submit arbitrary SQL through /api/search/fullTextSearchBlock and obtain raw read access to the blocks database, even though the dedicated /api/query/sql endpoint is blocked in that mode. Fixed in v3.8.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-87812 | 2 B3log, Siyuan | 2 Siyuan, Siyuan | 2026-09-10 | 6.8 Medium |
| SiYuan before v3.8.2 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in Bazaar package cards where the iconURL metadata is inserted directly into HTML img src attributes without escaping. Attackers can inject malicious URLs with event handlers that execute JavaScript in the authenticated SiYuan origin when users view Bazaar listings, enabling API requests and application state manipulation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-87813 | 2 B3log, Siyuan | 2 Siyuan, Siyuan | 2026-09-10 | 7.3 High |
| SiYuan before v3.8.2 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Search Assets result list where asset filenames are interpolated into HTML without escaping. Authenticated attackers can craft asset filenames containing malicious markup that executes JavaScript in the victim's browser when searching assets, enabling same-origin API requests and application state manipulation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-87814 | 2 B3log, Siyuan | 2 Siyuan, Siyuan | 2026-09-10 | 7.3 High |
| SiYuan before v3.8.2 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the search asset preview feature that fails to escape indexed asset content before inserting it into the DOM using innerHTML. Attackers who can place crafted text assets in a workspace can execute JavaScript in the SiYuan origin when victims preview the assets, enabling authenticated API requests and workspace manipulation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-82530 | 2 Ip2location, Wordpress | 2 Country Blocker, Wordpress | 2026-09-10 | 5.3 Medium |
| IP2Location Country Blocker plugin for WordPress before 2.45.0 contains an access control bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to circumvent IP-based restrictions by forging the X-Real-IP HTTP header. Attackers can set the X-Real-IP header to an allowlisted IP address to bypass page, link, or site-wide access restrictions and access otherwise-blocked resources. | ||||
| CVE-2026-47156 | 1 Mantisbt | 1 Mantisbt | 2026-09-10 | N/A |
| MantisBT is an open source bug tracker. Versions 2.28.3 and earlier contain a critical authentication bypass in the SOAP API's mci_check_login() function. Any user knowing any valid cookie_string can authenticate as any other user (knowing their username), including the administrator, without knowing the target's password. The vulnerability is exploitable with zero prior access on default MantisBT installations because self-registration is enabled by default ($g_allow_signup = ON). A self-registered user can use their own cookie_string (readable from their browser's MANTIS_STRING_COOKIE cookie after login) to impersonate the administrator via the SOAP API. The REST API is NOT affected. The REST API's AuthMiddleware derives the username server-side from the API token or session cookie, so the username cannot be spoofed. The Web UI is NOT affected. The Web UI authenticates via PHP session cookies (PHPSESSID) and validates the MANTIS_STRING_COOKIE against the logged-in user through auth_is_cookie_valid(). The username is derived server-side from the cookie, not supplied by the client. Version 2.28.4 contains a patch. No known workarounds are available. | ||||
| CVE-2026-45751 | 2026-09-10 | 5.9 Medium | ||
| Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. Prior to versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5, Suricata's inspection-buffer helper could leave an inspection pointer referencing freed memory after a chained transform caused the backing buffer to be reallocated. The issue is reached during a specific network traffic processing, and requires a specific but not malicious rule. Versions 7.0.16 and 8.0.5 contain a fix. As a workaround, avoid rules that chain `dotprefix` transform after another one. | ||||
