Improper privilege management in Navigation in Google Chrome prior to 152.0.7977.65 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process and leveraged social engineering to potentially execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
CVE-2026-78158 1 Open5gs 1 Open5gs 2026-08-27 6.3 Medium
A flaw has been found in Open5GS 2.8.0. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the component AMF UEContextReleaseRequest Path Handler. Executing a manipulation can lead to improper authorization. It is possible to launch the attack remotely.
CVE-2026-76317 1 Splunk 2 Splunk, Splunk Enterprise 2026-08-27 8.8 High
In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, a user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could move files that the user account running Splunk Enterprise can read into a lookup that the user controls. The user could then access all relevant data and affect system integrity and availability on the search head. The vulnerability is possible because the lookup configuration endpoint does not resolve lookup source paths before checking whether they stay inside the allowed lookup staging area. For more information see About lookups (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/manage-knowledge-objects/knowledge-management-manual/10.4/use-lookups-in-splunk-web/about-lookups) and Define roles on the Splunk platform with capabilities (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/define-roles-on-the-splunk-platform-with-capabilities) in the Splunk documentation.
CVE-2026-76259 2 Microsoft, Splunk 3 Windows, Splunk, Splunk Enterprise 2026-08-27 8.8 High
In Splunk Enterprise for Windows versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, 9.4.13, and 9.3.14, a local user with access to the Windows host could bind to the management port before Splunk Enterprise starts, intercept authentication tokens from child processes, and use those tokens to compromise all relevant data and system integrity available to the user account running Splunk Enterprise. The vulnerability is possible because the Windows management-port listener does not apply exclusive address binding protections before the service starts.
CVE-2026-76253 1 Splunk 2 Splunk, Splunk Enterprise 2026-08-27 8.8 High
In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, a user that holds a role with the schedule_search capability could run arbitrary Search Processing Language (SPL) commands with the highest level of system privilege and read every credential stored in the credential store, which can allow for disclosure and modification of all relevant data and affect system integrity and availability. The vulnerability is possible because scheduled search alert action configuration does not properly restrict user-specific alert action settings before the search scheduler runs alert actions. For more information see Create scheduled alerts (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/alert-and-respond/alerting-manual/9.3/create-alerts/create-scheduled-alerts), Set up alert actions (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/alert-and-respond/alerting-manual/9.3/configure-alert-actions/set-up-alert-actions), Define roles on the Splunk platform with capabilities (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/define-roles-on-the-splunk-platform-with-capabilities), and Configuration file precedence (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/admin-manual/10.2/administer-splunk-enterprise-with-configuration-files/configuration-file-precedence) in the Splunk documentation.

CVE-2026-13415 2026-08-27 7.2 High
The CMP WordPress plugin before 4.1.18 does not enforce an option-name allow-list when importing settings via one of its AJAX actions, allowing users with the Editor role (when the administrator has granted the Editor role access to the CMP WordPress plugin before 4.1.18's admin-bar controls) to update arbitrary WordPress options, including options that lead to privilege escalation to Administrator.
CVE-2026-15218 2 Red Hat, Redhat 2 Red Hat Openshift Ai (rhoai), Openshift Ai 2026-08-27 7.9 High
A flaw was found in the maas-api and maas-controller ServiceAccounts within Red Hat OpenShift AI. These ServiceAccounts are granted cluster-wide permissions that exceed their operational requirements. An attacker who compromises the identity of these ServiceAccounts, either through a remote code execution vulnerability or by creating a malicious pod in the same namespace, could exploit these excessive permissions. This could lead to full cluster administrator privileges through the creation of new ClusterRoleBindings or the disclosure of sensitive information by accessing all secrets across the cluster.
CVE-2026-18621 2 Red Hat, Redhat 3 Red Hat Openshift Ai (rhoai), Ai Inference Server, Openshift Ai 2026-08-27 7.6 High
A flaw was found in Data Science Pipelines (DSP). An attacker with namespace editor privileges can bypass security hardening by submitting a malicious Argo Workflow through the V1 API path. This allows the API server to create pods with elevated privileges, acting as a 'confused deputy' on behalf of the attacker. Successful exploitation grants the attacker node-root access, enabling arbitrary code execution and full control over the underlying node.
CVE-2026-15467 2 Red Hat, Redhat 2 Red Hat Openshift Ai (rhoai), Openshift Ai 2026-08-27 8.1 High
A flaw was found in the trustyai-service-operator's LMEvalJob controller. An authenticated user within the cluster can exploit this vulnerability by configuring a sidecar container to bypass existing security policies. This allows the user to enable and execute untrusted remote code, leading to arbitrary code execution within the cluster.

Editor Privilege Escalation in FluentCRM Pro <= 3.1.12 versions.
CVE-2026-71468 1 Redhat 2 Acm, Advanced Cluster Management For Kubernetes 2026-08-27 5.3 Medium
A flaw was found in acm-search-v2-api-rhel9. When the `getFederationConfig` function refreshes its cache, it improperly reuses a user's bearer token for all subsequent federated requests until the cache expires. This allows other authenticated users to gain unauthorized access to remote managed hub search results, leading to information disclosure.
CVE-2026-10090 1 Redhat 2 Acm, Advanced Cluster Management For Kubernetes 2026-08-27 9 Critical
A flaw was found in the Application Subscription controller (multicluster-operators-subscription) of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes (ACM). A user with namespace-scoped "edit" privileges in an ACM hub namespace can create a Channel resource pointing to a Helm repository they control and a Subscription resource referencing it. The app-subscription controller fetches and applies the Helm chart contents with its own elevated authority, without verifying whether the subscription creator holds the "open-cluster-management:subscription-admin" role and without restricting applied resources to the subscription namespace. This allows the attacker to include cluster-scoped resources in the Helm chart, such as a ClusterRoleBinding granting the attacker's ServiceAccount the "cluster-admin" ClusterRole. Successful exploitation results in full cluster-admin privilege escalation. This contradicts the ACM documentation which states that non-subscription-admin users should have resources deployed into the subscription namespace only.
CVE-2026-73122 1 Redhat 2 Acm, Advanced Cluster Management For Kubernetes 2026-08-27 7.7 High
A flaw was found in the multicloud-operators-channel component of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM). This vulnerability allows a compromised agent from a managed cluster to gain unauthorized access to sensitive information. Specifically, the agent can read all Secrets and ConfigMaps within any Channel namespace on the hub, potentially exposing credentials for other tenants' Git and Helm repositories. This could lead to significant information disclosure.
CVE-2026-70495 1 Redhat 2 Acm, Advanced Cluster Management For Kubernetes 2026-08-27 8.8 High
A flaw was found in search-v2-operator. This component's `search-serviceaccount` has overly broad permissions, allowing it to impersonate users and groups across the entire cluster. If an attacker gains access to any of the pods running under this service account, they could exploit this to achieve `system:masters` access, granting them full control over the cluster.
CVE-2026-59799 1 Apache 1 Cloudstack 2026-08-27 8.8 High
Improper Privilege Management vulnerability in Apache CloudStack's Two-factor authentication plugin allowing bypass of the two-factor authentication disable flow. This issue affects Apache CloudStack: from 4.18.0.0 through 4.20.3.0 and from 4.21.0.0 through 4.22.1.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.20.3.1 or 4.22.1.1 or later, which fixes the issue.
CVE-2015-3246 3 Libuser Project, Opensuse, Redhat 3 Libuser, Opensuse, Enterprise Linux 2026-08-26 5.1 Medium
libuser before 0.56.13-8 and 0.60 before 0.60-7, as used in the userhelper program in the usermode package, directly modifies /etc/passwd, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (inconsistent file state) by causing an error during the modification. NOTE: this issue can be combined with CVE-2015-3245 to gain privileges.
