| CVE-2026-16768 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-07-23 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in gdk-pixbuf. When parsing a specially crafted ICO file with pixel values that exceed the defined palette range, an out-of-bounds read can occur due to improper bounds checking against the actual palette size. This vulnerability causes heap bytes to be interpreted as valid palette indices and rendered as RGB pixel values in the output image, allowing an attacker to extract heap content via the generated output, such as a thumbnail. | ||||
| CVE-2026-15811 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2026-07-23 | 5.8 Medium |
| A vulnerability was found in kronosnet's (version <=1.34) cryptographic configuration management. The framework does not correctly zero-out or wipe sensitive memory segments after executing changes to its cryptographic configuration. This omission leaves raw encryption keys resident in memory after the associated structures are freed. A local attacker capable of leveraging memory disclosure techniques could exploit this flaw to retrieve the active encryption key, allowing them to decrypt cluster network communications or inject malicious packets to cause severe high-availability cluster instability. | ||||
| CVE-2026-10649 | 2 Clusterlabs, Redhat | 10 Pacemaker, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 7 more | 2026-07-22 | 8.6 High |
| A flaw was found in Pacemaker. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit an integer overflow vulnerability in the remote message decompression process. By sending a specially crafted compressed remote message before authentication, an attacker can cause memory corruption, leading to a denial of service (DoS) in the CIB remote listener. This can result in the affected service crashing. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16560 | 1 Redhat | 2 Directory Server, Enterprise Linux | 2026-07-22 | 5.3 Medium |
| A heap-buffer-overflow flaw was found in Directory Server (389-ds-base). When a DN contains a legacy-quoted value, the server won't close the heap allocation allowing another call to refer to the same memory pointer causing a denial of service or an arbitrary memory write operation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16461 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2026-07-22 | 6.5 Medium |
| A stack-based buffer overflow was found in rpcbind's rpcinfo utility. In rpcbdump() short mode (used by `rpcinfo -s`), version numbers from a remote RPCBPROC_DUMP reply are written into a fixed-size stack buffer without bounds checking. A user or administrator who runs `rpcinfo -s` against a malicious or compromised rpcbind endpoint could experience a crash or denial of service of the rpcinfo client. | ||||
| CVE-2023-3390 | 3 Linux, Netapp, Redhat | 12 Linux Kernel, H300s, H410c and 9 more | 2026-07-22 | 7.8 High |
| A use-after-free vulnerability was found in the Linux kernel's netfilter subsystem in net/netfilter/nf_tables_api.c. Mishandled error handling with NFT_MSG_NEWRULE makes it possible to use a dangling pointer in the same transaction causing a use-after-free vulnerability. This flaw allows a local attacker with user access to cause a privilege escalation issue. We recommend upgrading past commit 1240eb93f0616b21c675416516ff3d74798fdc97 | ||||
| CVE-2024-0639 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-07-21 | 5.5 Medium |
| A denial of service vulnerability due to a deadlock was found in sctp_auto_asconf_init in net/sctp/socket.c in the Linux kernel’s SCTP subsystem. This flaw allows guests with local user privileges to trigger a deadlock and potentially crash the system. | ||||
| CVE-2024-0443 | 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat | 4 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-07-21 | 5.5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the blkgs destruction path in block/blk-cgroup.c in the Linux kernel, leading to a cgroup blkio memory leakage problem. When a cgroup is being destroyed, cgroup_rstat_flush() is only called at css_release_work_fn(), which is called when the blkcg reference count reaches 0. This circular dependency will prevent blkcg and some blkgs from being freed after they are made offline. This issue may allow an attacker with a local access to cause system instability, such as an out of memory error. | ||||
| CVE-2023-3640 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux | 2026-07-21 | 7 High |
| A possible unauthorized memory access flaw was found in the Linux kernel's cpu_entry_area mapping of X86 CPU data to memory, where a user may guess the location of exception stacks or other important data. Based on the previous CVE-2023-0597, the 'Randomize per-cpu entry area' feature was implemented in /arch/x86/mm/cpu_entry_area.c, which works through the init_cea_offsets() function when KASLR is enabled. However, despite this feature, there is still a risk of per-cpu entry area leaks. This issue could allow a local user to gain access to some important data with memory in an expected location and potentially escalate their privileges on the system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12080 | 2 Qemu, Redhat | 4 Qemu, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Nvidia and 1 more | 2026-07-20 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in the QEMU Guest Agent (qga). A local unprivileged user can exploit a vulnerability in the guest-ssh-add-authorized-keys command handler by manipulating symbolic links. This can occur either through a deterministic directory-symlink bypass or a Time-of-Check to Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) file-symlink race. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to gain ownership of arbitrary root-owned files or directories, leading to root access. This vulnerability requires an external management layer (e.g., libvirt) to trigger the affected code path. | ||||
| CVE-2023-0567 | 2 Php, Redhat | 2 Php, Enterprise Linux | 2026-07-19 | 7.7 High |
| In PHP 8.0.X before 8.0.28, 8.1.X before 8.1.16 and 8.2.X before 8.2.3, password_verify() function may accept some invalid Blowfish hashes as valid. If such invalid hash ever ends up in the password database, it may lead to an application allowing any password for this entry as valid. | ||||
| CVE-2026-48863 | 2 Libsolv, Redhat | 6 Libsolv, Enterprise Linux, Hummingbird and 3 more | 2026-07-18 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in libsolv. A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the PGP verification component due to incorrect length handling when copying EdDSA 's' MPI into a stack buffer. A remote attacker could craft a malicious Ed25519 PGP signature with mismatched MPI lengths. Processing this crafted signature could lead to a denial of service in automated package or repository processing workflows. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58380 | 3 Gimp, Gnome, Redhat | 3 Gimp, Gimp, Enterprise Linux | 2026-07-16 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP's PNM file format parser. When parsing a specially crafted PNM file, the pnmscanner_gettoken() function writes a null terminator one byte past the end of a stack-allocated buffer due to an off-by-one error in the loop boundary check. This could lead to memory corruption, potentially resulting in denial of service or arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58384 | 3 Gimp, Gnu, Redhat | 3 Gimp, Gimp, Enterprise Linux | 2026-07-16 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP's PSD parser. An integer overflow in read_RLE_channel() can cause an undersized heap allocation for the RLE row-length table, after which subsequent per-row writes corrupt heap memory. This could lead to memory corruption, potentially resulting in denial of service or arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12478 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-07-15 | 4.8 Medium |
| The fix for CVE-2026-0716 (commit 6ff7ef0, libsoup 3.6.6) placed the integer overflow guard inside the if (masked) block, leaving unmasked server-to-client frames unprotected. A malicious WebSocket server can send a crafted unmasked frame with a payload length near UINT64_MAX to trigger an OOB read in a libsoup-based client when max_incoming_payload_size is set to 0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-15712 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-07-14 | 5.9 Medium |
| A heap buffer over-read vulnerability was discovered in libsoup's (versions: libsoup 3.0 to 3.7.0) HTTP/2 connection tracking framework. When the library processes an HTTP/2 GOAWAY frame, it improperly handles the "Additional Debug Data" payload by assuming the data stream is a safely NUL-terminated C-string. Because the parser lacks strict length-boundary verification before reading this data, a remote, unauthenticated attacker can intentionally send a malformed GOAWAY frame missing the appropriate null delimiter. This causes the library to read past the end of the allocated buffer, triggering an application crash that results in a denial of service (DoS), or potentially exposing fragments of memory contents. | ||||
| CVE-2024-6119 | 3 Netapp, Openssl, Redhat | 34 500f, 500f Firmware, A250 and 31 more | 2026-07-14 | 7.5 High |
| Issue summary: Applications performing certificate name checks (e.g., TLS clients checking server certificates) may attempt to read an invalid memory address resulting in abnormal termination of the application process. Impact summary: Abnormal termination of an application can a cause a denial of service. Applications performing certificate name checks (e.g., TLS clients checking server certificates) may attempt to read an invalid memory address when comparing the expected name with an `otherName` subject alternative name of an X.509 certificate. This may result in an exception that terminates the application program. Note that basic certificate chain validation (signatures, dates, ...) is not affected, the denial of service can occur only when the application also specifies an expected DNS name, Email address or IP address. TLS servers rarely solicit client certificates, and even when they do, they generally don't perform a name check against a reference identifier (expected identity), but rather extract the presented identity after checking the certificate chain. So TLS servers are generally not affected and the severity of the issue is Moderate. The FIPS modules in 3.3, 3.2, 3.1 and 3.0 are not affected by this issue. | ||||
| CVE-2022-37434 | 7 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 24 Ipados, Iphone Os, Macos and 21 more | 2026-07-14 | 9.8 Critical |
| zlib through 1.2.12 has a heap-based buffer over-read or buffer overflow in inflate in inflate.c via a large gzip header extra field. NOTE: only applications that call inflateGetHeader are affected. Some common applications bundle the affected zlib source code but may be unable to call inflateGetHeader (e.g., see the nodejs/node reference). | ||||
