| CVE-2026-31431 | 10 Amazon, Arista, Canonical and 7 more | 60 Amazon Linux, Cloudvision Agni, Cloudvision Portal and 57 more | 2026-09-08 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: algif_aead - Revert to operating out-of-place This mostly reverts commit 72548b093ee3 except for the copying of the associated data. There is no benefit in operating in-place in algif_aead since the source and destination come from different mappings. Get rid of all the complexity added for in-place operation and just copy the AD directly. | ||||

| A flaw has been found in java-json-tools json-patch up to 1.13. Affected is the function JsonMergePatch.fromJson of the file JsonMergePatchDeserializer.java. Executing a manipulation can lead to stack-based buffer overflow. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been published and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86288 | 1 Modelcloud | 1 Gptqmodel | 2026-09-08 | 6.3 Medium |
| A vulnerability has been found in ModelCloud GPTQModel up to 7.2.0. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file gptqmodel/nn_modules/qlinear/tritonv2.py of the component Triton dequantization kernel. Such manipulation of the argument g_idx leads to out-of-bounds read. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. Upgrading to version 7.3.0 is able to resolve this issue. The name of the patch is 877c732f7d7dccd56a729844c6a5bd20f3aa8bb1. Upgrading the affected component is recommended. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86165 | 1 Tenda | 2 Hg10, Hg10 Firmware | 2026-09-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| A vulnerability was found in Tenda HG10 300001138. This vulnerability affects the function formURL of the file /boaform/admin/formURL. Performing a manipulation of the argument Keywd/urlFQDN results in buffer overflow. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86139 | 1 Xmlsoft | 1 Libxml2 | 2026-09-08 | 6.9 Medium |
| In libxml2 before 2.15.4, xmlURIEscapeStr in uri.c has an integer overflow. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85454 | 1 Themoos | 1 Core-moos | 2026-09-08 | 6.1 Medium |
| MOOS core-moos through 10.4.0 contains a buffer overflow vulnerability in CMOOSSerialPort::GetTelegram() that writes a NUL terminator one byte past the serial telegram stack buffer. Attackers controlling the serial line can send a full-length telegram to trigger the off-by-one write, corrupting the stack and potentially enabling code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2025-15647 | 1 Artem-ogre | 1 Cdt | 2026-09-08 | 5.5 Medium |
| CDT before 1.4.5 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the opposedVertexInd() function when constraint edge intersections are computed in floating point and round outside adjacent triangles. Attackers can supply nearly-degenerate constraint edges through geometry data to trigger an out-of-bounds array access that crashes the calling process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-67305 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-09-08 | 8.8 High |
| FreeRDP Windows client before 3.29.0 contains a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the clipboard virtual channel when processing CLIPRDR_FILE_CONTENTS_RESPONSE PDUs without validating the server-provided size against the destination buffer. A malicious RDP server can send a response with a data payload significantly larger than requested, causing arbitrary heap memory corruption that may enable remote code execution when a user performs a paste operation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-75811 | 1 Asus | 1 Armoury Crate | 2026-09-08 | N/A |
| Improper Restriction of Software Interfaces to Hardware Features in ASUS Armoury Crate allows a local user to modify hardware configuration settings and potentially cause hardware damage by bypassing driver authentication and accessing critical model-specific registers.Refer to the ' Security Update for Armoury Crate App' section on the ASUS Security Advisory for more information. | ||||

Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16118 | 1 Redhat | 1 Enterprise Linux | 2026-09-08 | 7.1 High |
| A flaw was found in xdgmime. A heap-based buffer overflow can be triggered in _xdg_mime_magic_parse_magic_line() in the xdgmimemagic.c file on little-endian systems when an attacker-controlled MIME magic file in a user-writable XDG data location (e.g., in the $XDG_DATA_HOME/mime/magic path) is parsed by an application performing MIME type detection (e.g., via g_content_type_guess()). When performing byte-swap, incorrect pointer arithmetic on the write side causes an out-of-bounds write of 2 bytes, resulting in an application crash or memory corruption. | ||||
| CVE-2026-86714 | 1 Px4 | 1 Autopilot | 2026-09-08 | 5.4 Medium |
| PX4 Autopilot through 1.17.0 contains a stack buffer over-read vulnerability in the netman system command that fails to validate interface name length. Attackers can supply interface names of 74 bytes or more via the -i option to read beyond buffer boundaries, leaking stack memory to console output or writing it into persistent network configuration files. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64552 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-08 | 8.4 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: virtio-net: fix len check in receive_big() receive_big() bounds the device-announced length by (big_packets_num_skbfrags + 1) * PAGE_SIZE. That is still too loose: add_recvbuf_big() sets sg[1] to start at offset sizeof(struct padded_vnet_hdr) into the first page, so the chain actually carries hdr_len + (PAGE_SIZE - sizeof(padded_vnet_hdr)) + big_packets_num_skbfrags * PAGE_SIZE bytes -- 20 bytes less than the check allows for the common hdr_len == 12 case. A malicious virtio backend can announce a len in that gap. page_to_skb() then walks one frag past the page chain, storing a NULL page->private into skb_shinfo()->frags[MAX_SKB_FRAGS], which is both an out-of-bounds write past the static frag array and a NULL frag handed up the rx path. Bound len by the size add_recvbuf_big() actually advertised. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64425 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-08 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring/io-wq: re-check IO_WQ_BIT_EXIT for each linked work item commit 10dc95939817 ("io_uring/io-wq: check IO_WQ_BIT_EXIT inside work run loop") fixed the obvious case where io_worker_handle_work() took one exit-bit snapshot before draining pending work, but the fix stops one level too early. io_worker_handle_work() now re-checks IO_WQ_BIT_EXIT in its outer work run loop, yet it still snapshots that bit once before processing a whole dependent linked-work chain. If io_wq_exit_start() sets IO_WQ_BIT_EXIT after the first linked item has started, the remaining linked items can still reuse stale do_kill = false, skip IO_WQ_WORK_CANCEL, and continue running after exit has begun. Move the check further inside, so it covers linked items too. Note: this is a syzbot special as it loves setting up tons of slow linked work on weird devices like msr that take forever to read, and immediately close the ring. Exit then takes a long time. | ||||
