| CVE-2026-84394 | 1 Fast-uri | 1 Fast-uri | 2026-09-03 | 7.5 High |
| fast-uri accepts a host that contains an unbalanced or misplaced authority bracket without reporting an error. A host that starts with an opening bracket but does not end with a closing bracket is neither validated as an IP literal nor canonicalized as a domain name, so parse() returns it as the host with error undefined, while Node's URL and the HTTP clients built on it resolve the same string to a different host. An application that reads the parsed host to make a host decision, such as an SSRF denylist, a redirect allowlist, or proxy routing, and then passes the original URL to an HTTP client evaluates its policy against a string that is not the host the request reaches. The same host is carried through normalize, equal, and resolve. This affects fast-uri versions 2.4.5, 3.1.6, and 4.1.3, and is fixed in 2.4.6, 3.1.7, and 4.1.4, where parse() reports a malformed host for any host that contains a bracket but is not a valid IPv6 literal. | ||||
| CVE-2026-73600 | 1 Dell | 1 Powerprotect Data Manager | 2026-09-03 | 7.8 High |
| Dell PowerProtect Data Manager, versions 20.2.0.0 and below, contain a stack buffer overflow vulnerability in file-level restore agent. A high privileged remote attacker could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2026-43798 | 1 Apple | 1 Swiftnio Ssh | 2026-09-03 | 9.8 Critical |
| A single crafted SSH message gives an unauthenticated network attacker an out-of-bounds stack write of attacker-controlled length and content against any application built on swift-nio-ssh. This vulnerability is addressed in swift-nio-ssh version 0.14.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-80757 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: selinux: reject a class permission count below its inherited common security_get_permissions() maps an inherited common's permissions into an array sized by the class's own permissions.nprim, but class_read() takes that nprim verbatim from the policy image and never checks that it covers the common. A class that inherits a common of N permissions while declaring a smaller nprim is accepted, and on load the common's permissions are written past the class-sized array -- an out-of-bounds heap write. Reject a class whose permission count is below its inherited common's. Well-formed policies, where the class count already includes the inherited permissions, are unaffected. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64081 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 8.4 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: firmware: arm_ffa: Validate framework notification message layout Framework notifications carry an indirect message in the shared RX buffer. Validate the reported offset and size before using them, reject zero-length payloads, and ensure that any non-header payload starts at the UUID field rather than in the middle of the message header. Use the validated offset and size values for both kmemdup() and the UUID parsing path so malformed firmware data cannot drive an out-of-bounds read or an oversized allocation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-9852 | 1 Hitachienergy | 1 Microscada Sys600 | 2026-09-03 | N/A |
| A CSV injection vulnerability exists in SYS600. Injected malicious formulas can add or modify data to the spreadsheet, insert links, exfiltrate data, and in some cases, depending on how the user has their environment configured, execute malicious code on the user’s machine. To exploit this issue attackers would need a way to create arbitrary log messages. This could be achieved through normal functionality via SCIL scripts, a log injection vulnerability, or via the SYS600 broker. This vulnerability affects all Windows users regardless of their privilege level who can run the Notify service and export the log. | ||||
| CVE-2026-9698 | 2 Hmbrand, Perl | 2 Dbi, Dbi | 2026-09-03 | 7.5 High |
| DBI versions before 1.648 for Perl saved errors in a limited-sized buffer. Error messages that were returned when RaiseError, PrintError or HandleError were set were written to a 200-byte buffer without a length limit. Attackers that can influence the error text in an application can trigger a buffer overflow. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85031 | 1 Totolink | 2 Cp450, Cp450 Firmware | 2026-09-03 | 9.9 Critical |
| A vulnerability was found in TOTOLINK CP450 4.1.0. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi. Performing a manipulation of the argument topicurl results in buffer overflow. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. | ||||
| CVE-2026-80755 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: selinux: reject a permission value exceeding the class permission count perm_read() bounds a permission value by SEL_VEC_MAX but never by the nprim of the owning class or common, which is taken verbatim from the policy image. security_get_permissions() then writes perms[value - 1] into an nprim-sized kcalloc() array, so a class declaring fewer permissions than its largest permission value drives an out-of-bounds heap write. The top-level symbol tables are validated this way; the nested per-class permission table is not. Reject a permission whose value exceeds nprim, which is already set when perm_read() runs. Well-formed policies are unaffected. [PM: tweak comment for line length] | ||||
| CVE-2026-46323 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: gro: don't merge zcopy skbs skb_gro_receive() can currently copy frags between the source and GRO skb, without checking the zerocopy status, and in particular the SKBFL_MANAGED_FRAG_REFS flag. When SKBFL_MANAGED_FRAG_REFS is set, the skb doesn't hold a reference on the pages in shinfo->frags. Appending those frags to another skb's frags without fixing up the page refcount can lead to UAF. When either the last skb in the GRO chain (the one we would append frags to) or the source skb is zerocopy, don't merge the skbs. | ||||
| CVE-2026-43112 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 8.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fs/smb/client: fix out-of-bounds read in cifs_sanitize_prepath When cifs_sanitize_prepath is called with an empty string or a string containing only delimiters (e.g., "/"), the current logic attempts to check *(cursor2 - 1) before cursor2 has advanced. This results in an out-of-bounds read. This patch adds an early exit check after stripping prepended delimiters. If no path content remains, the function returns NULL. The bug was identified via manual audit and verified using a standalone test case compiled with AddressSanitizer, which triggered a SEGV on affected inputs. | ||||
| CVE-2026-33810 | 2 Go Standard Library, Golang | 2 Crypto/x509, Go | 2026-09-03 | 7.5 High |
| When verifying a certificate chain containing excluded DNS constraints, these constraints are not correctly applied to wildcard DNS SANs which use a different case than the constraint. This only affects validation of otherwise trusted certificate chains, issued by a root CA in the VerifyOptions.Roots CertPool, or in the system certificate pool. | ||||
| CVE-2026-84126 | 1 Mozilla | 2 Firefox, Thunderbird | 2026-09-03 | 4.3 Medium |
| Incorrect boundary conditions in the Layout: Grid component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 155 and Thunderbird 155. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64084 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hwmon: (pmbus/adm1266) cap PDIO scan in get_multiple at ADM1266_PDIO_NR adm1266_gpio_get_multiple() iterates the PDIO portion of the caller-supplied mask using for_each_set_bit_from(gpio_nr, mask, ADM1266_GPIO_NR + ADM1266_PDIO_STATUS) { ... } where ADM1266_PDIO_STATUS is the PMBus command code (0xE9, i.e. 233), not the number of PDIO pins. The intended upper bound is ADM1266_GPIO_NR + ADM1266_PDIO_NR = 25. gpiolib hands in a mask sized for gc.ngpio (= 25 bits on this chip), so the iteration walks find_next_bit() up to 242, reading up to 217 extra bits (a handful of unsigned-long words: four on 64-bit, seven on 32-bit) of whatever lives past the end of the mask in the caller's stack. Any incidental set bit in that range then drives a set_bit(gpio_nr, bits) call that writes past the end of the caller-supplied bits array too -- both out-of-bounds. Substitute ADM1266_PDIO_NR for the constant so the scan stops at the last real PDIO bit. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64085 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-03 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hwmon: (pmbus/adm1266) bounce blackbox records through a protocol-sized buffer adm1266_pmbus_block_xfer() copies the device-supplied block payload into the caller-provided buffer using the device-supplied length: memcpy(data_r, &msgs[1].buf[1], msgs[1].buf[0]); The helper does not know how large data_r is and trusts the device to return at most one record's worth of bytes. adm1266_nvmem_read_blackbox() violates that contract: it advances read_buff inside data->dev_mem in ADM1266_BLACKBOX_SIZE (64-byte) strides while the helper is willing to write up to ADM1266_PMBUS_BLOCK_MAX (255) bytes. A device that returns more than 64 bytes on the trailing record (read_buff offset 1984 in the 2048-byte dev_mem allocation) overflows dev_mem by up to 191 bytes before the post-call if (ret != ADM1266_BLACKBOX_SIZE) return -EIO; can reject the response. Contain the fix in the caller without changing the helper signature: read each record into a 255-byte local bounce buffer that matches the helper's maximum output, validate the returned length, and only then copy exactly ADM1266_BLACKBOX_SIZE bytes into the dev_mem slot. | ||||
| CVE-2026-78689 | 1 F5 | 1 Nginx Javascript | 2026-09-03 | 8.1 High |
| Description NGINX JavaScript (njs) has a vulnerability in the XML module's namespace prefix list parser, reachable through the xml.exclusiveC14n() method. An unauthenticated remote attacker can trigger it when an affected NGINX configuration passes an externally controlled XML namespace prefix list to that method. Both the njs and the QuickJS (qjs) engines are affected. A crafted prefix list causes an out-of-bounds write past the end of a heap allocation. With the njs engine, which is the engine used when the js_engine directive is absent, this corrupts adjacent objects and crashes the NGINX worker. With the QuickJS engine, the same call additionally leaks the prefix list on every invocation, causing worker memory to grow across requests. The official nginxinc/nginx-saml reference implementation is affected during SAML signature verification. It reads InclusiveNamespaces/@PrefixList from an untrusted SAML message and passes it to xml.exclusiveC14n() before the signature has been verified, so a valid SAML signature is not required. A crafted SAML Response, Assertion, LogoutRequest, or LogoutResponse is sufficient. Code execution has not been demonstrated and cannot be ruled out for all platforms, as the effect of the out-of-bounds write depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control. Impact This vulnerability allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service on the NGINX system, either through repeatable worker restarts or through worker memory growth or possibly trigger code execution. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85090 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-09-03 | 5.4 Medium |
| FreeRDP before 3.31.0 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the general_ChromaV1ToYUV444 function during AVC444 chroma plane reconstruction. A malicious RDP server can craft a RFX_AVC444_BITMAP_STREAM with specific frame geometry to trigger an out-of-bounds memory read past the allocated luma plane. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64058 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-02 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfs: Fix netfs_read_folio() to wait on writeback Fix netfs_read_folio() to wait for an ongoing writeback to complete so that it can trust the dirty flag and whatever is attached to folio->private (folio->private may get cleaned up by the collector before it clears the writeback flag). | ||||
| CVE-2026-64053 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-09-02 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: block: don't overwrite bip_vcnt in bio_integrity_copy_user() bio_integrity_add_page() already sets bip_vcnt to 1 for the bounce segment. Overwriting it with nr_vecs breaks bip_vcnt <= bip_max_vcnt on WRITE (bip_max_vcnt is 1), so the gap-merge checks in block/blk.h read past the bip_vec[] flex array. On READ the read is in bounds but lands on a saved user bvec instead of the bounce. The line was added for split propagation, but bio_integrity_clone() doesn't copy bip_vcnt and BIP_CLONE_FLAGS excludes BIP_COPY_USER. | ||||
| CVE-2023-20577 | 2026-09-02 | 7.4 High | ||
| A heap overflow in SMM module may allow an attacker with access to a second vulnerability that enables writing to SPI flash, potentially resulting in arbitrary code execution. | ||||
