| Double free vulnerability in libxml2, as used in Google Chrome before 14.0.835.163, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service or possibly have unspecified other impact via vectors related to XPath handling. | ||||
| CVE-2010-0727 | 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat | 5 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2025-04-11 | N/A |
| The gfs2_lock function in the Linux kernel before 2.6.34-rc1-next-20100312, and the gfs_lock function in the Linux kernel on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 and 6, does not properly remove POSIX locks on files that are setgid without group-execute permission, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (BUG and system crash) by locking a file on a (1) GFS or (2) GFS2 filesystem, and then changing this file's permissions. | ||||
| CVE-2010-0205 | 8 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 5 more | 8 Mac Os X, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 5 more | 2025-04-11 | N/A |
| The png_decompress_chunk function in pngrutil.c in libpng 1.0.x before 1.0.53, 1.2.x before 1.2.43, and 1.4.x before 1.4.1 does not properly handle compressed ancillary-chunk data that has a disproportionately large uncompressed representation, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (memory and CPU consumption, and application hang) via a crafted PNG file, as demonstrated by use of the deflate compression method on data composed of many occurrences of the same character, related to a "decompression bomb" attack. | ||||
| CVE-2010-3296 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 3 more | 9 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 6 more | 2025-04-11 | N/A |
| The cxgb_extension_ioctl function in drivers/net/cxgb3/cxgb3_main.c in the Linux kernel before 2.6.36-rc5 does not properly initialize a certain structure member, which allows local users to obtain potentially sensitive information from kernel stack memory via a CHELSIO_GET_QSET_NUM ioctl call. | ||||
| CVE-2010-3858 | 4 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 1 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 2 more | 2025-04-11 | N/A |
| The setup_arg_pages function in fs/exec.c in the Linux kernel before 2.6.36, when CONFIG_STACK_GROWSDOWN is used, does not properly restrict the stack memory consumption of the (1) arguments and (2) environment for a 32-bit application on a 64-bit platform, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (system crash) via a crafted exec system call, a related issue to CVE-2010-2240. | ||||
| CVE-2010-4008 | 9 Apache, Apple, Canonical and 6 more | 16 Openoffice, Iphone Os, Itunes and 13 more | 2025-04-11 | N/A |
| libxml2 before 2.7.8, as used in Google Chrome before 7.0.517.44, Apple Safari 5.0.2 and earlier, and other products, reads from invalid memory locations during processing of malformed XPath expressions, which allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) via a crafted XML document. | ||||
| CVE-2023-46234 | 3 Browserify, Debian, Redhat | 3 Browserify-sign, Debian Linux, Openshift Distributed Tracing | 2025-04-10 | 6.5 Medium |
| browserify-sign is a package to duplicate the functionality of node's crypto public key functions, much of this is based on Fedor Indutny's work on indutny/tls.js. An upper bound check issue in `dsaVerify` function allows an attacker to construct signatures that can be successfully verified by any public key, thus leading to a signature forgery attack. All places in this project that involve DSA verification of user-input signatures will be affected by this vulnerability. This issue has been patched in version 4.2.2. | ||||
| CVE-2022-42258 | 6 Citrix, Debian, Linux and 3 more | 13 Hypervisor, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 10 more | 2025-04-10 | 5.3 Medium |
| NVIDIA GPU Display Driver for Linux contains a vulnerability in the kernel mode layer (nvidia.ko), where an integer overflow may lead to denial of service, data tampering, or information disclosure. | ||||
| CVE-2022-34680 | 6 Citrix, Debian, Linux and 3 more | 13 Hypervisor, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 10 more | 2025-04-10 | 5.5 Medium |
| NVIDIA GPU Display Driver for Linux contains a vulnerability in the kernel mode layer handler, where an integer truncation can lead to an out-of-bounds read, which may lead to denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2024-24814 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Openidc and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Mod Auth Openidc and 1 more | 2025-04-10 | 7.5 High |
| mod_auth_openidc is an OpenID Certified™ authentication and authorization module for the Apache 2.x HTTP server that implements the OpenID Connect Relying Party functionality. In affected versions missing input validation on mod_auth_openidc_session_chunks cookie value makes the server vulnerable to a denial of service (DoS) attack. An internal security audit has been conducted and the reviewers found that if they manipulated the value of the mod_auth_openidc_session_chunks cookie to a very large integer, like 99999999, the server struggles with the request for a long time and finally gets back with a 500 error. Making a few requests of this kind caused our server to become unresponsive. Attackers can craft requests that would make the server work very hard (and possibly become unresponsive) and/or crash with minimal effort. This issue has been addressed in version 2.4.15.2. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2022-47655 | 2 Debian, Struktur | 2 Debian Linux, Libde265 | 2025-04-10 | 7.8 High |
| Libde265 1.0.9 is vulnerable to Buffer Overflow in function void put_qpel_fallback<unsigned short> | ||||
| CVE-2023-23589 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, Torproject | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Tor | 2025-04-07 | 6.5 Medium |
| The SafeSocks option in Tor before 0.4.7.13 has a logic error in which the unsafe SOCKS4 protocol can be used but not the safe SOCKS4a protocol, aka TROVE-2022-002. | ||||
| CVE-2024-55581 | 2 Adacore, Debian | 2 Ada Web Server, Debian Linux | 2025-04-07 | 7.4 High |
| When AdaCore Ada Web Server 25.0.0 is linked with GnuTLS, the default behaviour of AWS.Client is vulnerable to a man-in-the-middle attack because of lack of verification of an HTTPS server's certificate (unless the using program specifies a TLS configuration). | ||||
| CVE-2022-46648 | 3 Debian, Redhat, Ruby-git Project | 3 Debian Linux, Satellite, Ruby-git | 2025-04-04 | 8 High |
| ruby-git versions prior to v1.13.0 allows a remote authenticated attacker to execute an arbitrary ruby code by having a user to load a repository containing a specially crafted filename to the product. This vulnerability is different from CVE-2022-47318. | ||||
| CVE-2022-47929 | 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat | 5 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2025-04-04 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel before 6.1.6, a NULL pointer dereference bug in the traffic control subsystem allows an unprivileged user to trigger a denial of service (system crash) via a crafted traffic control configuration that is set up with "tc qdisc" and "tc class" commands. This affects qdisc_graft in net/sched/sch_api.c. | ||||
| CVE-2023-22809 | 5 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 11 Macos, Debian Linux, Fedora and 8 more | 2025-04-04 | 7.8 High |
| In Sudo before 1.9.12p2, the sudoedit (aka -e) feature mishandles extra arguments passed in the user-provided environment variables (SUDO_EDITOR, VISUAL, and EDITOR), allowing a local attacker to append arbitrary entries to the list of files to process. This can lead to privilege escalation. Affected versions are 1.8.0 through 1.9.12.p1. The problem exists because a user-specified editor may contain a "--" argument that defeats a protection mechanism, e.g., an EDITOR='vim -- /path/to/extra/file' value. | ||||
| CVE-2022-47950 | 3 Debian, Openstack, Redhat | 3 Debian Linux, Swift, Openstack | 2025-04-04 | 6.5 Medium |
| An issue was discovered in OpenStack Swift before 2.28.1, 2.29.x before 2.29.2, and 2.30.0. By supplying crafted XML files, an authenticated user may coerce the S3 API into returning arbitrary file contents from the host server, resulting in unauthorized read access to potentially sensitive data. This impacts both s3api deployments (Rocky or later), and swift3 deployments (Queens and earlier, no longer actively developed). | ||||
| CVE-2022-47318 | 4 Debian, Fedoraproject, Redhat and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Fedora, Satellite and 1 more | 2025-04-04 | 8.8 High |
| ruby-git versions prior to v1.13.0 allows a remote authenticated attacker to execute an arbitrary ruby code by having a user to load a repository containing a specially crafted filename to the product. This vulnerability is different from CVE-2022-46648. | ||||
| CVE-2022-48281 | 3 Debian, Libtiff, Redhat | 3 Debian Linux, Libtiff, Enterprise Linux | 2025-04-03 | 5.5 Medium |
| processCropSelections in tools/tiffcrop.c in LibTIFF through 4.5.0 has a heap-based buffer overflow (e.g., "WRITE of size 307203") via a crafted TIFF image. | ||||
| CVE-2020-36659 | 2 Debian, Lemonldap-ng | 2 Debian Linux, Apache\ | 2025-04-03 | 8.1 High |
| In Apache::Session::Browseable before 1.3.6, validity of the X.509 certificate is not checked by default when connecting to remote LDAP backends, because the default configuration of the Net::LDAPS module for Perl is used. NOTE: this can, for example, be fixed in conjunction with the CVE-2020-16093 fix. | ||||
