| CVE-2026-76224 | 1 Arcadedata | 1 Arcadedb | 2026-08-20 | 8.8 High |
| ArcadeDB before 26.8.1 (arcadedb-gremlin, affected <= 26.7.3) contains a remote code execution vulnerability in its Gremlin query engine. Although the engine defaults to the documented-secure java (gremlin-lang) engine, ArcadeGremlin.executeStatement() silently falls back to the insecure Groovy engine whenever a request carries any query parameter and the query does not parse as gremlin-lang. An authenticated user with any database role, including a read-only reader, can submit a parameterized Gremlin query to trigger the Groovy fallback and execute arbitrary operating system commands as the ArcadeDB server process user. | ||||
| CVE-2026-64960 | 1 Atutor | 1 Atutor | 2026-08-20 | N/A |
| ATutor Gameme module allows users to upload files of any type and extension without restriction. Due to improper handling of file uploads, files are stored in a web-accessible location before their content is validated. An authenticated attacker who knows a valid course_id can upload a server-executable malicious script. The uploaded file can then be requested over HTTP, resulting in remote code execution as the web server process user. In most cases, course_id=0 can be used, as it commonly represents the global context. Product is no longer actively supported and the vulnerabilities have not been fixed. Only version 2.2.4 was tested and confirmed as vulnerable, other versions were not tested but might also be vulnerable. | ||||
| CVE-2026-49392 | 1 Wazuh | 1 Wazuh | 2026-08-20 | 5.3 Medium |
| Wazuh is a free and open source platform used for threat prevention, detection, and response. From 4.6.0 until 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta3, DB::getFile() and DB::searchFile() in src/syscheckd/src/db/src/file.cpp concatenate a monitored file path into SQLite row filters. On non-Windows systems, FIMDBCreator::encodeString() does not escape the value. A local user who can create a filename in a File Integrity Monitoring directory can inject a UNION SELECT expression when wazuh-syscheckd processes or deletes that path. The confirmed primitive manipulates SELECT result sets consumed by the FIM code; stacked statements and remote code execution were not demonstrated. This issue is fixed in versions 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta3. | ||||
| CVE-2026-2050 | 1 Gimp | 1 Gimp | 2026-08-20 | 7.8 High |
| GIMP HDR File Parsing Heap-based Buffer Overflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of GIMP. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the parsing of HDR files. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of the length of user-supplied data prior to copying it to a heap-based buffer. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-28266. | ||||
| CVE-2026-15049 | 2026-08-20 | 7.2 High | ||
| The Depicter — Popup & Slider Builder WordPress plugin before 4.8.0 does not validate the type of a file uploaded through its import feature and does not remove a malformed upload, allowing users with editor-level access to write an arbitrary file (including executable PHP) into a web-accessible directory, which can lead to remote code execution. | ||||

| CVE-2026-52889 | 1 Verbb | 1 Formie | 2026-08-19 | 9.8 Critical |
| Formie is a Craft CMS plugin for creating forms. Prior to 3.1.27, Formie can pass request-derived Hidden field defaults such as HTTP User Agent, Referer URL, Current URL, Current URL without Query String, Query Parameter, and Cookie Value to Craft's Twig rendering layer during front-end form rendering. An unauthenticated attacker can place Twig syntax in one of these request-controlled inputs when a public form contains an affected Hidden field. Hidden::getFrontEndInputOptions() then assigns the value to defaultValue and calls renderString, causing server-side template evaluation rather than treating the request data as a plain string. Depending on the Craft site configuration and available Twig capabilities, exploitation can disclose sensitive information, modify application state, or achieve remote code execution. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.27. | ||||
| CVE-2018-18861 | 1 Pcman | 1 Ftp Server | 2026-08-19 | N/A |
| Buffer overflow in PCMan FTP Server 2.0.7 allows for remote code execution via the APPE command. | ||||
| CVE-2026-19626 | 1 Tenable | 1 Security Center | 2026-08-19 | 9.9 Critical |
| A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Tenable Security Center's report generation functionality. An authenticated, non-administrative user could exploit this issue by supplying specially crafted input that is later processed unsafely during server-side report rendering, resulting in arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the service account. | ||||
| CVE-2020-1176 | 1 Microsoft | 18 Windows 10, Windows 10 1507, Windows 10 1607 and 15 more | 2026-08-19 | 7.8 High |
| A remote code execution vulnerability exists when the Windows Jet Database Engine improperly handles objects in memory. | CVE-2020-1171 | 1 Microsoft | 2 Python, Visual Studio Code | 2026-08-19 | 8.8 High |
| A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Visual Studio Code when the Python extension loads configuration files after opening a project. An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could run arbitrary code in the context of the current user. If the current user is logged on with administrative user rights, an attacker could take control of the affected system. An attacker could then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full user rights. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker would need to convince a target to clone a repository and open it in Visual Studio Code with the Python extension installed. Attacker-specified code would execute when the target opened the integrated terminal. The update address the vulnerability by modifying the way Visual Studio Code Python extension handles environment variables. | ||||
| CVE-2020-1153 | 1 Microsoft | 18 Windows 10, Windows 10 1507, Windows 10 1607 and 15 more | 2026-08-19 | 7.8 High |
| A remote code execution vulnerability exists in the way that Microsoft Graphics Components handle objects in memory. | CVE-2020-1117 | 1 Microsoft | 9 Windows 10, Windows 10 1607, Windows 10 1809 and 6 more | 2026-08-19 | 8.8 High |
| A remote code execution vulnerability exists in the way that the Color Management Module (ICM32.dll) handles objects in memory. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could take control of the affected system. An attacker could then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full user rights. Users whose accounts are configured to have fewer user rights on the system could be less impacted than users who operate with administrative user rights. In a web-based attack scenario, an attacker could host a specially crafted website that is designed to exploit the vulnerability and then convince users to view the website. An attacker would have no way to force users to view the attacker-controlled content. Instead, an attacker would have to convince users to take action, typically by getting them to click a link in an email or Instant Messenger message that takes users to the attacker's website, or by opening an attachment sent through email. The security update addresses the vulnerability by correcting how Color Management Module handles objects in memory. | ||||
| CVE-2020-1102 | 1 Microsoft | 4 Sharepoint Enterprise Server, Sharepoint Server, Sharepoint Server 2016 and 1 more | 2026-08-19 | 8.8 High |
| A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Microsoft SharePoint when the software fails to check the source markup of an application package. An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could run arbitrary code in the context of the SharePoint application pool and the SharePoint server farm account. Exploitation of this vulnerability requires that a user uploads a specially crafted SharePoint application package to an affected version of SharePoint. The security update addresses the vulnerability by correcting how SharePoint checks the source markup of application packages. | ||||
| CVE-2020-1092 | 1 Microsoft | 9 Internet Explorer, Windows 10, Windows 7 and 6 more | 2026-08-19 | 7.5 High |
| A remote code execution vulnerability exists when Internet Explorer improperly accesses objects in memory. The vulnerability could corrupt memory in such a way that an attacker could execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user. An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could gain the same user rights as the current user. If the current user is logged on with administrative user rights, the attacker could take control of an affected system. An attacker could then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full user rights. An attacker could host a specially crafted website designed to exploit the vulnerability through Internet Explorer and then convince a user to view the website. The attacker could also take advantage of compromised websites, or websites that accept or host user-provided content or advertisements, by adding specially crafted content that could exploit the vulnerability. However, in all cases an attacker would have no way to force a user to view the attacker-controlled content. Instead, an attacker would have to convince a user to take action, typically by an enticement in an email or instant message, or by getting the user to open an attachment sent through email. The security update addresses the vulnerability by modifying how Internet Explorer handles objects in memory. | ||||
| CVE-2020-1069 | 1 Microsoft | 6 Sharepoint Enterprise Server, Sharepoint Foundation, Sharepoint Foundation 2013 and 3 more | 2026-08-19 | 8.8 High |
| A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Microsoft SharePoint Server when it fails to properly identify and filter unsafe ASP.Net web controls. An authenticated attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could use a specially crafted page to perform actions in the security context of the SharePoint application pool process.
