CVSS v3.1 |
| A potential buffer overflow vulnerability was reported in the Lenovo Virtual Bus driver used in Smart Connect that could allow a local authenticated user to corrupt memory and cause a Windows blue screen error. |
| IBM i 7.6, 7.5, 7.4, and 7.3 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service and obtain sensitive information due to an out-of-bounds read. |
| A vulnerability in the USB driver of Cisco RoomOS could allow an unauthenticated, local attacker with physical access to the USB port on an affected device to execute arbitrary code with root privileges.
This vulnerability is due to insufficient boundary checks for specific data that is provided through the USB driver. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by connecting a malicious USB device to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause a buffer overflow condition on the affected system and execute arbitrary code with root privileges. |
| IBM AIX 7.2, and 7.3 and IBM PowerVM VIOS 4.1 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code due to a stack buffer overflow. |
| IBM AIX 7.2, and 7.3 and IBM PowerVM VIOS 4.1 could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code due to an off-by-one error in bounds checking. |
| IBM AIX 7.2, and 7.3 and IBM PowerVM VIOS 4.1 could allow a local attacker to obtain sensitive information due to an out-of-bounds read. |
| IBM AIX 7.2, and 7.3 and IBM PowerVM VIOS 4.1 could allow a local attacker to obtain sensitive information due to an out-of-bounds read. |
| IBM AIX 7.2, and 7.3 and IBM PowerVM VIOS 4.1 could allow a remote attacker to cause a denial of service due to an out-of-bounds read. |
| IBM AIX 7.2, and 7.3 and IBM PowerVM VIOS 4.1 NIM server process is crashing during client registration due to buffer overflow. |
| IBM AIX 7.2, and 7.3 and IBM PowerVM VIOS 4.1 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code due to a stack-based buffer overflow. |
| IBM AIX 7.2, and 7.3 and IBM PowerVM VIOS 4.1 could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code due to a stack-based buffer overflow. |
| Multiple Cisco products are affected by a vulnerability in the Snort 3 VBA feature that could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause the Snort 3 Detection Engine to crash.
This vulnerability is due to improper range checking when decompressing VBA data, which is user controlled. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted VBA data to the Snort 3 Detection Engine on the targeted device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause an overflow of heap data, which could cause a DoS condition. |
| FFmpeg before commit 65b0dab contains an out-of-bounds read in the DASH demuxer (libavformat/dashdec.c). When a live DASH manifest is refreshed with a startNumber that is lower than the previous value, the current sequence number is driven negative. The fragment retrieval function checked only the upper bound before indexing the fragments array, allowing a negative index to be used and causing an out-of-bounds read. A malicious or misconfigured DASH server can trigger this by serving a live manifest with a decreasing startNumber across a manifest refresh. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in TRENDnet TV-IP751WIC 11.03.03. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /cgi-bin/admin/set_time.cgi of the component alphapd. The manipulation of the argument Currenttime results in stack-based buffer overflow. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. |
| Integer overflow or wraparound in Windows Device Health Attestation (DHA) allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.27.0, FreeRDP clients that negotiate RDPGFX AVC444 with an H.264 decoder backend calculate the intermediate YUV444 allocation size in libfreerdp/codec/h264.c with 32-bit multiplication in avc444_ensure_buffer. A malicious RDP server can supply surface dimensions for which piDstStride multiplied by padDstHeight wraps to a small nonzero value, causing winpr_aligned_recalloc to allocate an undersized buffer before YUV420CombineToYUV444 writes using the actual stride and rectangle dimensions. This can cause a client crash and may permit code execution through attacker-influenced heap corruption. This issue is fixed in version 3.27.0. |
| A vulnerability was detected in TrailDB 0.6. Impacted is the function tdb_open of the file /src/tdb.c of the component TOC Validation. The manipulation results in out-of-bounds read. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| A weakness has been identified in liftoff-sr CIPster 1802525be27d33e19a9a83c163e331a1d13b1892. This affects the function CipConnMgrClass::forward_open of the file cipconnectionmanager.cc of the component ForwardOpen Handler. Executing a manipulation of the argument product_code_ can lead to out-of-bounds read. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. This patch is called ea870a274bf68dfaa3f511f20e2fff6778fb7b74. A patch should be applied to remediate this issue. |
| jxl-oxide is a pure Rust implementation of a JPEG XL decoder. Prior to jxl-grid 0.6.2, decoding a crafted JPEG XL image on a 32-bit platform can overflow length calculations in AlignedGrid::with_alloc_tracker and related grid and subgrid arithmetic. A 65536 x 65536 frame can pass the frame-area limit while overflowing the usize element count, causing modular, VarDCT, or filter rendering paths to allocate a backing buffer smaller than the logical grid. A tiny bitstream-controlled cropped frame combined with a huge canvas or requested region can also reach the vulnerable composition path in crates/jxl-render/src/blend.rs through ordinary render_frame(). Later mutable subgrid and raw-pointer operations can then perform attacker-controlled out-of-bounds writes, causing memory corruption, denial of service, or arbitrary code execution. This issue is fixed in jxl-grid version 0.6.2. |
| An out-of-bounds access issue was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in Safari 26.6, iOS 18.7.10 and iPadOS 18.7.10, iOS 26.6 and iPadOS 26.6, macOS Tahoe 26.6, tvOS 26.6, visionOS 26.6, watchOS 26.6. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected Safari crash. |
