CVSS v3.1 |
| The Support Genix – Helpdesk, AI Chatbot, Knowledge Base & Customer Support Ticketing System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass leading to Administrator Account Takeover in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.52 via the `guest_ticket_login()` function and its `p` parameter. This is due to the site-wide AES-256-CBC encryption key being derived from only three two-digit `wp_rand(10, 99)` values and a Unix timestamp via `md5()` — yielding approximately 19.5 bits of entropy — combined with a deterministic IV derived from the password, no authentication tag on the ciphertext, and no capability check, nonce, or session validation on the publicly reachable `/sgnix/?p=<token>` endpoint. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, who can obtain a single legitimate guest ticket token as a known-plaintext oracle and bound the plugin activation timestamp, to exhaust the ~729,000-candidate keyspace entirely offline, recover the site-wide encryption key, and forge a self-consistent `{ticket_id, ticket_user}` token targeting any administrator-owned ticket. Submitting the forged token to the unprotected endpoint causes `wp_set_auth_cookie()` to be called for that administrator, granting the attacker full administrative access to the WordPress site. |
| An OS command injection vulnerability was found in yast2-users. When displaying the "Password Settings" tab of a user, get_password_term() in src/include/users/dialogs.rb read the shadowLastChange and shadowExpire fields with GetString(), which performs no numeric validation, and passed the resulting string to format_days_after_epoch(). That helper interpolated the value into a shell command executed via Ruby backticks without quoting or escaping.
Impact: an administrator who manages users against an external/federated LDAP directory via `yast2 users` triggers root command execution the moment they view or edit that particular user's "Password Settings" tab. No "join domain" or trust setup is required, just browsing/editing one user entry.
This issue affects yast2-users through 5.0.8. |
| A OS command injection vulnerability in yast2-auth-client allows an attacker who controls Active Directory configuration values to execute arbitrary commands as root on the configured host.
Auth::AuthConf in src/lib/auth/authconf.rb assembles the Samba net ads join, net ads lookup -S and net ads testjoin invocations by interpolating configuration values into a single command string and passing that string to Open3.popen2 / Open3.capture2, which causes Ruby to run it through /bin/sh. The Organizational Unit (ou), dnshostname, AD user name and AD domain name values are neither validated nor shell-quoted. |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command in yast2-samba-client allows an attacker who controls the content of an Active Directory directory tree - a rogue domain controller, or a directory user delegated the right to create objects - to execute arbitrary commands as root on a machine being joined to that domain.
This issue affects yast2-samba-client through 5.0.4. |
| SiYuan before v3.8.1 fails to properly escape block name, alias, and memo fields in hint, backlink, and breadcrumb rendering functions. Attackers can set a block's name to contain HTML/script tags that execute when another user views documents referencing or displaying that block. |
| WWBN AVideo (current e01e41ecc and earlier) contains a brute-force rate limiting bypass in enforceRateLimit(), which protects login.json.php and 13 other endpoints. The function stores its attempt counter via a cache layer (ObjectYPT::setCacheGlobal) that silently discards writes for any client identified as a bot by isBot(). Because isBot() treats a missing User-Agent header as a bot by default — and also matches common bot identifiers such as 'curl', 'bot', 'crawler', and 'spider' — the counter never increments for such clients, so the rate limit never fires. An unauthenticated attacker can therefore submit unlimited login attempts (e.g., by omitting the User-Agent header or using curl's default User-Agent), enabling unrestricted password-guessing attacks. |
| jina-ai reader disables its private-address guard outside Google Cloud deployments, allowing unauthenticated attackers to perform server-side request forgery. Attackers can supply publicly resolvable hostnames mapping to private addresses to retrieve cloud metadata and internal service content. |
| Unrestricted deserialization of untrusted data in the cursor pagination component in the OpenSearch SQL plugin allows a remote authenticated user with basic read/search permissions to execute arbitrary code on the server by sending a crafted cursor parameter to the plugins/sql endpoint. |
| Null pointer dereference for some Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software for Windows within Ring 0: Kernel may allow a denial of service. Unprivileged software adversary with an unauthenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable denial of service. This result may potentially occur via adjacent access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (high) impacts. |
| The Booking for Appointments and Events Calendar – Amelia plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via customer name fields in versions up to and including 2.2. This is due to an authentication bypass where the AddBookingCommand explicitly skips nonce verification (Command.php line 186), allowing unauthenticated users to submit booking data. While the plugin applies sanitize_text_field() to customer firstName and lastName fields (BookingApplicationService.php lines 302-308), this function only removes HTML tags and preserves special characters including double quotes. The vulnerability manifests in the administrative Calendar view where a FullCalendar eventContent callback interpolates customer names directly into JavaScript template literals (redesign/dist/index.js line 199) and renders them via innerHTML without proper HTML entity encoding. Because double quotes are preserved, an attacker can inject payloads like '" onmouseover="alert(document.cookie)"' to break out of the title attribute and inject malicious event handlers. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts that will execute when an administrator accesses the Calendar page and hovers over the malicious appointment. |
| mapfish-print is a component of MapFish for printing templated cartographic maps. Prior to 3.28.30, 3.30.32, 3.31.24, 3.33.16, and 4.0.5, MapFish Print accepts an attacker-controlled GML layer url in requests to the /api/print3/print endpoint and fetches XML parsed by core/src/main/java/org/mapfish/print/map/geotools/GmlLayer.java without disabling external entities and external DTDs. A remote XML document and DTD can expand a local file entity, and the resulting content can be exposed through the GML parsing and error path. This allows unauthenticated attackers to read files such as operating-system account data, Kubernetes service-account tokens, and certificates. Replacing the file entity target with an internal HTTP endpoint also permits server-side request forgery. This issue is fixed in versions 3.28.30, 3.30.32, 3.31.24, 3.33.16, and 4.0.5. |
| Stack-based buffer overflow for some Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software for Windows within Ring 0: Kernel may allow a denial of service. |
| A command injection vulnerability was discovered in the `rpmuncompress` utility of RPM. When extracting certain archive formats (ZIP, 7z, GEM) to a specified destination directory, the tool inserts the archive's top-level folder name into a shell command without properly sanitizing it. A specially crafted archive containing shell metacharacters in its folder name can execute arbitrary commands as the user running the extraction. |
| Kyverno before 1.16.4 automatically attaches the admission controller's ServiceAccount token to outbound HTTP requests in apiCall service mode without explicit authorization headers. Attackers can exfiltrate the token by directing apiCall requests to external or attacker-controlled endpoints, gaining full control over Kyverno policies and cluster resources. |
| LibreNMS versions before 26.5.0 contain a remote code execution vulnerability in the AboutController where the snmpget configuration parameter is passed to shell_exec() without proper validation. An authenticated administrator can modify the snmpget configuration to point to a malicious executable file and trigger code execution by accessing the /about endpoint. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in libssh2 up to 1.11.1. The impacted element is the function userauth_password of the file src/userauth.c. Such manipulation of the argument username_len/password_len leads to integer overflow. The attack may be launched remotely. The name of the patch is 256d04b60d80bf1190e96b0ad1e91b2174d744b1. A patch should be applied to remediate this issue. |
| fast-uri normalize() decoded percent-encoded authority delimiters inside the host component and then re-emitted them as raw delimiters during serialization. A host that combined an allowed domain, an encoded at-sign, and a different domain was re-emitted with the at-sign as a raw userinfo separator, changing the URI's authority to the second domain. Applications that normalize untrusted URLs before host allowlist checks, redirect validation, or outbound request routing can be steered to a different authority than the input appeared to specify. Versions <= 3.1.1 are affected. Update to 3.1.2 or later. |
| Authentication bypass by capture-replay in Microsoft Exchange Server allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. |
| FFmpeg's RASC video decoder (decode_dlta in libavcodec/rasc.c) performs 32-bit reads and writes at the row cursor before the NEXT_LINE row-boundary check and validates the DLTA region in pixel rather than byte units, so a DLTA run on a PAL8 frame can access several bytes past the row allocation. A crafted media stream using the RASC FourCC, decoded by libavcodec, triggers a bitstream-controlled out-of-bounds heap write and adjacent out-of-bounds read, leading to memory corruption. |
| attr before version 2.6.0 contains a symlink traversal vulnerability in the getfattr and setfattr utilities that allows local attackers to escalate privileges by replacing a pathname component with a symbolic link during directory hierarchy traversal. Attackers who control a pathname component can redirect getfattr and setfattr operations to arbitrary files by substituting a symlink, leading to local privilege escalation when getfattr or setfattr is invoked by a privileged process over an attacker-controlled path. |
