| HTML::FormHandler versions before 0.410002 for Perl render field attributes into HTML without escaping using the process_attrs method.
Any application with fields or field labels where some attributes are built from data rather than literals allows attacker-influenced text in an attribute value that can override the field attributes or embed JavaScript in rendered pages.
For example, the RadioGroup widget uses the process_attrs method via the render_option and wrap_radio methods. |
| HTML::FormHandler versions before 0.410002 for Perl render some error messages into HTML without escaping.
The Table form layout and the Bootstrap 2 and 3 wrappers splice each error string straight into the surrounding markup. Version 0.410000, the fix for CVE-2026-19872, escaped the equivalent values in the other layouts and wrappers, and 0.410002 extended that to these three.
Error messages that contain attacker-influenced content such as rejected field values could embed JavaScript in rendered pages. |

| The Okta Access Gateway does not sanitize SAML assertion values before interpolating them into database queries in the advanced mode datastore configuration. The unsanitized values are substituted directly into the query string prior to preparation, resulting in unintended SQL execution against the configured backend database. |

| FileRun before 2026.3.0 contains a PHP object injection vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code by exploiting incorrect options passed to unserialize() in the Perms::getPerms() method, where a positional array is used instead of the required named-key array to disable class instantiation. Attackers with database write access can inject a serialized gadget chain into the permissions table columns processed on every authenticated page load to write arbitrary files, such as PHP webshells, to web-accessible paths. |
| FileRun before 2026.3.0 contains an OS command injection vulnerability in the PhotoProofSheet handler that allows authenticated users with upload permission to execute arbitrary commands by uploading files with shell metacharacters in their names. Attackers can upload a file containing command substitution syntax such as backticks, semicolons, or $() sequences in the filename, then trigger the PhotoProofSheet endpoint to execute arbitrary commands as the web-server user due to missing escapeshellarg() sanitization in the ImageMagick montage command construction. |
| alf.io is an open source ticket reservation system for conferences, trade shows, workshops, and meetups. An Improper Access Control issue in versions prior to 2.0-M5-2605 allows an organization owner to read system-level configuration secrets through organization/event scoped "single configuration" endpoints. The affected endpoints require organization or event ownership, but they accept an arbitrary configuration key and then return the first matching value from a lookup that includes system-level configuration. As a result, an organization owner can retrieve secrets intended to be administrator-only, including the system API key when it is configured. Version 2.0-M5-2605 fixes the issue. |
