CVE-2026-59973 2026-09-16 8.5 High
FrontMCP is a TypeScript-first framework for the Model Context Protocol (MCP). From mcp-from-openapi 2.3.0 until 2.5.0 and from frontmcp and @frontmcp/adapters 1.2.1 until 1.5.0, libs/adapters/src/openapi/openapi.adapter.ts loadOpenAPISpec() forwards untrusted OpenAPI url and spec inputs and loadOptions.refResolution to OpenAPIToolGenerator.fromURL() and OpenAPIToolGenerator.fromJSON(). The external $ref guard checks parsed hostname strings without resolving addresses, pinning validated addresses, revalidating redirect targets, or normalizing IPv4-mapped IPv6. An authenticated user who can import or configure an OpenAPI specification in a hosted or multi-user deployment can use DNS-to-loopback resolution, redirect-to-loopback behavior, or IPv4-mapped IPv6 loopback forms to cause backend-origin requests to internal services. This can expose internal administrative APIs, metadata-like services, and other private network endpoints. The practical impact is lower when only a trusted local administrator can configure OpenAPI specs, and disabling external reference protocols prevents the external $ref request. This issue is fixed in mcp-from-openapi 2.5.0 and frontmcp and @frontmcp/adapters 1.5.0.

CVE-2026-55244 2026-09-16 5 Medium
ASTEVAL is an evaluator of Python expressions and statements. Prior to 1.0.9, FROM_PY in asteval/astutils.py exposes BaseException, SystemExit, KeyboardInterrupt, and GeneratorExit to expressions evaluated by asteval.Interpreter.eval(), while run() and eval() in asteval/asteval.py catch Exception rather than these non-Exception BaseException subclasses. When an attacker-controlled expression raises one of these classes, on_raise() passes the class to raise_exception(), and the resulting exception bypasses the interpreter's safety handlers and propagates into the calling application. A consuming service that evaluates untrusted expressions can therefore be terminated or have signal and cleanup handling disrupted, causing denial of service. The separately documented read-only open() capability is not part of this vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.9.
CVE-2026-54628 2026-09-16 8.6 High
Anyquery is an SQL query engine built on top of SQLite. Prior to 0.4.5, anyquery server exposes URL-capable SQLite virtual table modules such as json_reader and log_reader through its unauthenticated MySQL-compatible server port without restricting outbound destinations. A remote attacker can provide a loopback, private-network, or link-local cloud metadata URL, causing go-getter in the Anyquery server process to fetch the selected resource and expose its response as queryable table data. This permits internal network probing, access to internal APIs, and disclosure of cloud credentials; low-integrity impact is possible when a reached internal API performs state-changing actions. This issue is fixed in version 0.4.5.
CVE-2026-54254 2026-09-16 N/A
Cyberdrop-DL is a bulk asynchronous downloader for multiple file hosts. From 8.5.0 until 9.14.0, the Pixeldrain crawler uses substring host matching instead of requiring the input host to be an exact member of SUPPORTED_DOMAINS, and then reuses that input host for API requests. When a Pixeldrain API key is configured, processing a crafted URL from an attacker-controlled lookalike host causes cyberdrop_dl/crawlers/pixeldrain.py to send the Authorization header to that host. The URL may be introduced through a third-party site that can cause downloads for other sites, and the attacker receives the user's Pixeldrain API key. This issue is fixed in version 9.14.0.
