CVSS v3.1 |
| Improper null termination in Windows Program Compatibility Assistant Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. |
| Out-of-bounds read in Windows USB Print Driver allows an authorized attacker to disclose information locally. |
| Dell Command | Configure (DCC), versions prior to 5.2.3.35, contain an Improper Handling of Mixed Encoding vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Elevation of Privileges. |
| Open Computer Use through 1.0.0 on macOS contains an improper case sensitivity handling vulnerability that allows local MCP callers to bypass the password-manager denylist using case-variant bundle identifiers. Attackers, including prompt-injected model turns, can pass identifiers like com.1Password.1Password to get_app_state and action tools to read accessibility trees, capture screenshots, and drive unlocked password manager interfaces. |
| OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.0.0 until 3.8.0, the t:jsDecode transformation in internal/transformations/js_decode.go:64-70 includes the backslash in the octal buffer, causing ParseInt to fail and return a null byte. The flaw is triggered when a rule relies on t:jsDecode and the request contains JavaScript octal escape sequences. An unauthenticated attacker can encode attack syntax with JavaScript octal escapes so the backend decodes the intended bytes while Coraza rules using t:jsDecode inspect corrupted null-byte output. The mismatch can bypass WAF rules and expose the protected application to attacks such as cross-site scripting or SQL injection. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.0. |
| Hono from 4.12.4 before 4.13.11 contains a middleware bypass vulnerability in serveStatic that allows unauthenticated attackers to skip prefix middleware by exploiting double path decoding. Attackers can send malformed percent-encoded paths that the router matches in encoded form, reaching static files without authentication checks running. |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 3.3.1, 3.4.1, 4.0.3 and 4.1.0, the @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend package is affected by scaffolder action input authorization bypass. An authenticated user with access to affected Scaffolder templates could bypass configured action restrictions. Depending on integration credentials, this could grant unauthorized access to repositories and related source-control resources. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.1, 3.4.1, 4.0.3 and 4.1.0. |
| The RabbitMQ Java client library allows Java and JVM-based applications to connect to and interact with RabbitMQ nodes. Prior to 5.36.0, ValueReader.readShortstr decodes malformed UTF-8 bytes into replacement characters that can re-encode beyond the AMQP shortstr limit enforced by ValueWriter.writeShortstr. An attacker who can submit an RPC message with a malformed echoed property can cause reply publication in RpcServer.mainloop() or tutorial-style consumers to throw an unchecked exception before acknowledgement. The broker requeues the message, allowing the same message to disable replacement consumers until the queue is purged. This issue is fixed in version 5.36.0. |
| Improper Handling of Unicode Encoding vulnerability in the SmtpPickupDirAppender of Apache log4net.
Content that the mail file writer cannot encode, such as an unpaired UTF-16 surrogate, made the write throw. Every buffered event in the batch was discarded, not only the one carrying the content, and a truncated mail could be left in the pickup directory. A party whose data reaches a log message could suppress the records of other events. Only applications that use SmtpPickupDirAppender are affected.
This issue affects Apache log4net: from 1.2.9 before 3.5.0.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.5.0, which fixes the issue. |
| In Spring Framework versions 5.3.0 - 5.3.18, 5.2.0 - 5.2.20, and older unsupported versions, the patterns for disallowedFields on a DataBinder are case sensitive which means a field is not effectively protected unless it is listed with both upper and lower case for the first character of the field, including upper and lower case for the first character of all nested fields within the property path. |
| Docker Sandboxes compared OAuth token-endpoint hostnames case-sensitively when deciding whether to mask managed credential responses, while request routing treated DNS hostnames case-insensitively. Untrusted code inside a sandbox could use a case-variant hostname to reach the genuine provider endpoint while bypassing response masking. If a user completed the OAuth flow, the provider's access and refresh tokens could be returned unmasked to the sandbox, exposing host-managed credentials. |
| Kiteworks Email Protection Gateway rejected certain configuration settings, but its validation did not recognize every form in which they could be supplied. An authenticated administrator could potentially use an unrecognized form to have a file of their choosing written to the gateway and executed, resulting in code execution as the gateway service account. |
| Vault and Vault Enterprise did not consistently evaluate ACL policies against the canonical form of resource and policy names. This may allow an authenticated user with delegated permissions to bypass an explicit deny restriction and access a protected resource or assign a denied policy, potentially leading to privilege escalation. This vulnerability (CVE-2026-89322) is fixed in Vault Community Edition 2.1.2, and Vault Enterprise 2.1.2, 1.21.12, 1.20.17, and 1.19.23. |
| Net::Whois::Raw versions before 2.99044 for Perl ship a pwhois command-line tool that queries WHOIS for the wrong domain for unicode domain names.
pwhois encodes each non-ASCII label directly using Net::IDN::Punycode and prepends xn--. Apart from lowercasing ASCII and Cyrillic letters, it skips the IDNA mapping and normalization steps, so a label with other uppercase letters, or not in NFC, encodes to a different A-label than its IDNA form. For example, a label of U+00C9 followed by "cole" encodes to "xn--cole-pka" rather than "xn--cole-9oa".
The Net::Whois::Raw library modules are not affected. |
| An improper authorization vulnerability in Fireware OS's Access Portal reverse proxy allows an authenticated, low-privileged Access Portal user to access other web applications they are not authorized for by sending a specially crafted request for a different resource which they are authorized to access. |
| OpenClaw (npm package 'openclaw') before 2026.7.1 improperly handles case sensitivity in the model-facing cron tool: a mixed-case payload kind can pass the agent-facing shell-execution guard and later normalize into a command job. An actor able to steer a tool-enabled agent can therefore create a persistent cron job that executes attacker-selected commands with the privileges of the OpenClaw process user, resulting in access to host files and credentials and impact to scheduled service availability. The issue is limited to cron jobs created or edited through the model-facing cron tool; direct CLI and authorized Gateway scheduling surfaces are trusted operator controls. Fixed in 2026.7.1. |
| An improper authentication vulnerability in SSL VPN in FortiOS 6.4.0, 6.2.0 to 6.2.3, 6.0.9 and below may result in a user being able to log in successfully without being prompted for the second factor of authentication (FortiToken) if they changed the case of their username. |
| Dolibarr 24.0.0 before 24.0.1 contains a case-sensitive denylist bypass vulnerability in the sqlfilters API query parameter that allows authenticated attackers to recover protected database fields by supplying uppercase variants of denylist-protected field names. Attackers can exploit the case-insensitive database column resolution against the case-sensitive denylist check in the core library to use prefix-matching predicates as a boolean oracle and extract full password hashes for any user account, including administrators. |
| Ghost versions before 6.20.0 contain a file extension filtering bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to read theme templates and metadata. Attackers can use URL encoding to bypass extension validation and access sensitive theme files. |
| A vulnerability has been found in Trusted Domain Project OpenDMARC up to 1.4.2. Affected by this issue is the function opendmarc_policy_query_dmarc in the library libopendmarc/opendmarc_policy.c of the component Internationalized Domain Name Handler. Such manipulation leads to encoding error. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
