CVSS v3.1 |
| Secure Folder 1.2 stores files selected for its password-protected vault as unencrypted files in the Android shared-storage tree. A local application or file manager that has access to the relevant shared-storage path can enumerate, copy, and open those files without authenticating to Secure Folder. |
| The Botslab G980H dash camera firmware does not adequately verify the authenticity of firmware updates. The update process retrieves firmware through an unprotected connection and relies on an integrity value supplied with the firmware instead of a trusted cryptographic signature. A suitably positioned attacker who intercepts a firmware download, or an authenticated attacker who submits a crafted update, could install modified firmware and execute unauthorized code on the device. |
| The Botslab G980H dash camera firmware contains a hard-coded root account password that cannot be changed by the user. An attacker who obtains the firmware or has physical access to the device could recover the credential and use it to obtain root access through the UART interface. |
| The Botslab G980H dash camera firmware accepts a reusable authentication value without adequately verifying its freshness or association with the requesting client. An unauthenticated attacker with adjacent network access who captures a valid authentication value could replay it from another client to establish an authenticated session and access privileged device functionality. |
| The Botslab G980H dash camera firmware uses a hard-coded cryptographic key and initialization vector to protect WiFi credentials communicated by the device. An attacker who obtains the protected credential and extracts the cryptographic material from the firmware could recover the WiFi password and gain unauthorized access to the device network. |
| FluidSynth is a software synthesizer based on the SoundFont 2 specifications. From 2.2.4 until 2.5.6, configuring synth.midi-channels above 16 allows the MIDI player to index _fluid_player_t::channel_isplaying outside its fixed-size heap allocation while tracking active channels. The resulting out-of-bounds reads and writes invoke undefined behavior and may compromise confidentiality, integrity, or availability. No crafted MIDI file is required because the unsafe condition is created by the channel-count configuration itself. Keeping synth.midi-channels at its default value of 16 avoids the vulnerable path. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.6. |
| Incomplete log sanitization during bulk IPsec policy collection in Brocade SANnav versions before 3.0.1a permit extension switch pre-shared keys to be written to system logs. Individuals with read access to container logs or support archives can obtain these keys, leading to the potential compromise of encrypted network tunnels. |
| A logic flaw in Java cache key handling object comparison handling could lead to improper identifier resolution when processing specific user account structures. The issue has been remediated by updating the internal comparison routines to ensure accurate object evaluation and prevent potential identity mismatch conditions. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 is vulnerable to path traversal in the Universal Connector Oracle Wallet upload component. An authenticated remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to write arbitrary files to the system. |
| Adobe Connect is affected by an Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability that could lead to arbitrary file system read. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to access sensitive files and directories outside the intended access scope. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Scope is changed. |
| Adobe Connect is affected by a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that could be abused by an attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. Malicious JavaScript may be executed in a victim's browser when they browse to the page containing the vulnerable field. Scope is changed. |
| NVIDIA NeMo Speech for all platforms contains a vulnerability where malicious data created by an attacker could cause remote code execution. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, information disclosure, and data tampering. |
| RouterOS SSH enters the connection protocol after a client-requested rekey even though user authentication was never attempted, allowing an unauthenticated client to open a session channel and send an exec request. On affected builds the server dispatches the command, enabling unauthenticated creation, overwrite, and reconstruction of files in the RouterOS managed file namespace, including support files containing configuration and diagnostic data.This issue was fixed in versions: 6.49.21 (Long-term), 7.23.4 (Long-term) and 7.24.2 (Stable) |
| Improper control of generation of code ('code injection') in Microsoft Office SharePoint allows an authorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfilter: nf_conntrack_sip: fix OOB read in sip_skip_whitespace()
sip_skip_whitespace() returns dptr unchanged when its own loop
exhausts the buffer (dptr == limit), instead of NULL like its sibling
sip_follow_continuation() returns on its own "no more data" path.
ct_sip_get_header() only checks for NULL after calling it:
dptr = sip_skip_whitespace(dptr, limit);
if (dptr == NULL)
break;
if (*dptr != ':' || ++dptr >= limit)
break;
so a recognized header name followed only by spaces/tabs running to
the exact end of the SIP payload, with no colon, makes the very next
statement read one byte past the buffer.
Make both "no more data" outcomes return NULL, matching the
convention sip_follow_continuation() already uses and that both
existing callers already check for. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bpf: backtrack_insn(): Handle ld_{abs,ind} subprog exit edge
Nicholas Carlini reported a bug in precision backtracking mechanism
for BPF_LD | BPF_{IND,ABS} instructions. These instructions are
modelled as two branches:
- fallthrough;
- implicit exit from current subprogram.
The implicit exit case was not handled by the backtrack_insn()
function. When backtracking such a path backtrack_insn() did not
call bt_subprog_enter(), which meant that backtracking continued
manipulating precision marks in a caller frame, while looking at
instructions in a callee frame.
This lead to segmentation faults during verification (see the
selftest), or unsound state pruning. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
btrfs: detach failed sprout device from transaction update list
When creating the first metadata chunk for a sprout filesystem,
create_chunk() adds the new device to the transaction dev_update_list
through device->post_commit_list.
If the subsequent system chunk creation fails, btrfs_init_new_device()
aborts the transaction and releases the device while post_commit_list is
still linked. This triggers a warning in btrfs_free_device() and leaves
the transaction list referencing freed memory.
Detach the device while holding chunk_mutex before releasing it. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ASoC: amd: yc: fix memory leak in acp6x_pdm_dma_close()
acp6x_pdm_dma_close() does not free the runtime->private_data buffer
allocated in acp6x_pdm_dma_open(). Add the missing kfree. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ipv6: mcast: use rcu_assign_pointer() for __rcu list updates
Several places in net/ipv6/mcast.c update RCU-protected lists
(np->ipv6_mc_list, idev->mc_list, idev->mc_tomb) using direct pointer
assignments instead of rcu_assign_pointer():
1. In __ipv6_dev_mc_dec(), unlinking a group from idev->mc_list did:
*map = ma->next;
without rcu_assign_pointer() while concurrent readers traverse
idev->mc_list locklessly under rcu_read_lock().
2. In ipv6_sock_mc_drop() and __ipv6_sock_mc_close(), unlinking a group
from np->ipv6_mc_list directly assigned *lnk = mc_lst->next and
np->ipv6_mc_list = mc_lst->next without rcu_assign_pointer(), racing
with lockless readers in inet6_mc_check().
3. In __ipv6_sock_mc_join(), mc_lst->next was initialized to
np->ipv6_mc_list via raw assignment before publishing mc_lst.
4. In mld_del_delrec() and __ipv6_dev_mc_inc(), __rcu source pointers
passed into rcu_assign_pointer() lacked explicit dereference helpers.
Fix these by consistently using rcu_assign_pointer() along with
mc_dereference() / sock_dereference(). |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: iwlwifi: mei: pass correct argument to function
The first argument to iwl_mei_write_cyclic_buf() should be the cldev
but the q_head pointer is passed instead. Fix it. |
