CVSS v3.1 |
| The Cozy Blocks – Page Builder for Gutenberg Editor & FSE with 700+ Patterns, 58 Blocks & Templates plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via cozyHoverEffect Block Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.16 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The payload survives wp_kses_post on save because it contains no angle brackets — only a double-quote breakout of the cozyHoverEffect.boxShadow.color attribute value — allowing event-handler injection at the render stage. |
| DiscordChatExporter saves Discord chat logs to a file. Prior to 2.47.2, HTML exports generated with markdown formatting disabled pass attacker-controlled content through FormatMarkdownAsync and FormatEmbedMarkdownAsync in DiscordChatExporter.Core/Exporting/MessageGroupTemplate.cshtml and render it without HTML entity encoding. The affected fields include message.Content, message.ForwardedMessage.Content, message.ReferencedMessage.Content, embed.Title, embed.Description, field.Name, and field.Value. A Discord webhook or bot can store a script payload in these fields, and the payload executes when a user exports the channel with markdown formatting disabled and opens the resulting HTML, allowing the script to read the export or alter its displayed content. This issue is fixed in version 2.47.2. |
| Ekushey Project Manager CRM stores the administrator-configured system name and writes it to the login page without output encoding. The value is emitted in three places on that page: the content attribute of the description meta element, the title element, and the text of an h4 element in the page header. The h4 occurrence is parsed as markup, so HTML placed in the system name field is rendered as markup and any event handler it carries runs. The login page is served without authentication, so the stored value executes in the browser of every visitor who loads it, including visitors who are not signed in, within the origin that serves the login form and alongside the credential fields on it. Storing the value requires an administrator session; the resulting script runs for unauthenticated visitors and persists until the setting is changed. |
| The Gutenverse – WordPress Blocks, Page Builder & Site Editor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via 'titleTag' Block Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The malicious titleTag value survives wp_kses_post on save because it is stored inside a block-comment delimiter and the live HTML is only synthesized at render time by do_blocks(), meaning the payload also fires in administrator and editor sessions during post preview. |
| jQuery-UI is the official jQuery user interface library. Prior to version 1.13.0, accepting the value of the `of` option of the `.position()` util from untrusted sources may execute untrusted code. The issue is fixed in jQuery UI 1.13.0. Any string value passed to the `of` option is now treated as a CSS selector. A workaround is to not accept the value of the `of` option from untrusted sources. |
| CKEditor4 is an open source WYSIWYG HTML editor. In affected versions a vulnerability has been discovered in the Advanced Content Filter (ACF) module and may affect all plugins used by CKEditor 4. The vulnerability allowed to inject malformed HTML bypassing content sanitization, which could result in executing JavaScript code. It affects all users using the CKEditor 4 at version < 4.17.0. The problem has been recognized and patched. The fix will be available in version 4.17.0. |
| A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the HTML Data Processor for CKEditor 4.0 before 4.14 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script through a crafted "protected" comment (with the cke_protected syntax). |
| jQuery-UI is the official jQuery user interface library. Prior to version 1.13.0, accepting the value of the `altField` option of the Datepicker widget from untrusted sources may execute untrusted code. The issue is fixed in jQuery UI 1.13.0. Any string value passed to the `altField` option is now treated as a CSS selector. A workaround is to not accept the value of the `altField` option from untrusted sources. |
| jQuery-UI is the official jQuery user interface library. Prior to version 1.13.0, accepting the value of various `*Text` options of the Datepicker widget from untrusted sources may execute untrusted code. The issue is fixed in jQuery UI 1.13.0. The values passed to various `*Text` options are now always treated as pure text, not HTML. A workaround is to not accept the value of the `*Text` options from untrusted sources. |
| A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the Color Dialog plugin for CKEditor 4.15.0 allows remote attackers to run arbitrary web script after persuading a user to copy and paste crafted HTML code into one of editor inputs. |
| A vulnerability was found in Hibernate-Validator. The SafeHtml validator annotation fails to properly sanitize payloads consisting of potentially malicious code in HTML comments and instructions. This vulnerability can result in an XSS attack. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in MapSteps UG Ultimate Dashboard Pro allows DOM-Based XSS.
This issue affects Ultimate Dashboard Pro: from n/a through 3.11.2. |
| TREK is a collaborative travel planner. Prior to 3.1.0, when the Journey add-on is enabled, TREK interpolates the unescaped activeSuggestion.title value into journey.frontpage.suggestionText through client/src/i18n/TranslationContext.tsx and renders the result with dangerouslySetInnerHTML in client/src/pages/JourneyPage.tsx. A trip owner can store HTML in a qualifying trip title, and GET /api/journeys/suggestions returns that title through getSuggestions(userId) to a collaborator who opens the authenticated Journey page. The markup is inserted as live DOM in the collaborator's session, enabling content spoofing and UI redress, although the default Content Security Policy blocks inline handlers and script execution. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.0. |
| The Ultimate Member – User Profile, Registration, Login, Member Directory, Content Restriction & Membership Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Textarea Profile Field with HTML Support (DOM Gadget via id Attribute) in all versions up to, and including, 2.12.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is possible because the wp_kses 'templates' allowlist permits the id attribute on div elements but does not neutralize unescaped quotes within its value; when pickadate.js concatenates the stored id value into an HTML string via jQuery .html() on profile page load, the smuggled onfocus and autofocus attribute syntax breaks out of attribute context and executes as JavaScript. |
| NoteGen before 0.32.0 renders AI chat responses with markdown-it configured with html:true and injects the result into the DOM via dangerouslySetInnerHTML in chat-preview, without HTML sanitization and with CSP set to null. Attacker-controlled content that reaches the model prompt (for example a malicious skill REFERENCE.md that instructs the model to emit HTML) can cause the model response to include executable markup such as an img onerror handler. When the user views the chat response, that markup runs as JavaScript in the privileged Tauri webview, enabling arbitrary script execution in the application context (cross-site scripting). |
| Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Johnson Controls Metasys 14 and Johnson Controls Metasys 15 allows Cross Site Scripting.
This issue affects Metasys 14: before 14.1.5; Metasys 15: before 15.0.1. |
| The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Radio Field (Save and Continue Draft) in all versions up to, and including, 1.57.0.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is exploitable because the Save-and-Continue draft submission AJAX endpoint is registered as nopriv, allowing unauthenticated attackers to bypass radio field option-membership validation and persist a crafted payload that, when rendered on the Submissions admin page, is auto-executed via the bundled Inputmask library's data-attribute callback binding. |
| pfSense Plus before 26.07 and pfSense CE through 2.8.1 contain a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Traffic Graphs top-talkers feature, where PTR records returned by reverse DNS lookups are incorporated without sanitization into AJAX responses and rendered as HTML through a DOM sink in the administrator interface. An attacker who controls a PTR record and generates sufficient traffic to appear as a top talker can execute arbitrary JavaScript in an administrator's browser, gaining access to the authenticated session context and same-origin access to the firewall management interface, enabling account creation and arbitrary OS command execution. |
| Combodo iTop is a web based IT service management tool. Prior to 3.2.3, there was a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the foreign key search criteria API. This issue has been fixed in version 3.2.3. |
| Joomla Extension - yootheme.com - Authenticated, privileged stored XSS in YOOtheme Pro 1.0.0-5.0.41 - Lack of escaping in the location custom field lead to a XSS vector. |
