CVSS v3.1 |
| CyberChef is a web app for encryption, encoding, compression, and data analysis. Prior to 11.3.0, CyberChef's pretty-recipe parser in src/core/Utils.mjs can exhaust client-side CPU when a malformed #recipe= URL fragment containing a large number of unmatched quote characters reaches Utils.parseRecipeConfig(). The function synchronously applies a complex global regular expression that may perform heavy backtracking before rejecting the input, causing the victim's browser tab to freeze during startup for seconds or longer. No code execution, data exfiltration, or privilege escalation occurs. This issue is fixed in version 11.3.0. |
| Coturn is a free open source implementation of TURN and STUN Server. Prior to 4.17.0, shutdown_client_connection() in src/server/ns_turn_server.c prematurely calls dec_quota() and releases bandwidth accounting during the first-stage close of a mobility-enabled allocation while preserving the allocation, relay socket, session, and mobility ticket, allowing an authenticated client to bypass --user-quota and --total-quota and exhaust relay ports. This issue is fixed in version 4.17.0. |

| IBM WebSphere Application Server 9.0, and 8.5 and IBM WebSphere Application Server - Liberty 17.0.0.3 through 26.0.0.7 are vulnerable to a denial of service via a crafted HTTP request. |
| IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS and DOORS Web Access 9.7.2.1 through 9.7.2.11, and 9.6.1.1 through 9.6.1.13 do not limit the length of a connection which could allow for a Slowloris HTTP denial of service attack to take place. This can cause the web server to become unresponsive. |
| Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in Samsung Open Source rlottie allows Excessive Allocation. |
| Improper validation of length fields in the Apache IoTDB RPC service may allow a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service. By sending a crafted malformed Thrift frame, an attacker can cause IoTDB to allocate an excessive amount of memory and crash with an OutOfMemoryError.
This issue affects Apache IoTDB: before 1.3.8, from 2.0.0 before 2.0.9.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.0.10, which fixes the issue. |
| A denial of service vulnerability could be triggered by sending specially crafted HTTP requests to server function endpoints, this could lead to server crashes, out-of-memory exceptions or excessive CPU usage; affecting the following packages: react-server-dom-webpack, react-server-dom-parcel, react-server-dom-turbopack (versions 19.0.0 through 19.0.5, 19.1.0 through 19.1.6, and 19.2.0 through 19.2.5). |
| Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. Prior to versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, RedisArrayAggregator pre-allocates ArrayList with initial capacity equal to the RESP array element count declared in an array header. That count is taken from the wire before the corresponding child messages exist. A small malicious header can claim a huge initial capacity. Versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final patch the issue. |
| Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. In netty-codec-redis prior to versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, an attacker can cause DoS by sending crafted Redis payloads across multiple connections without `\r\n`. This exhausts the server's direct memory pool (OutOfDirectMemoryError), preventing legitimate connections from being processed. Versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final patch the issue. |
| Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. In netty-codec-redis prior to versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, an attacker can cause DoS by sending a crafted Redis payload with deeply nested arrays. This forces the server to allocate a massive number of state objects and collections, leading to memory exhaustion and an OutOfMemoryError. Versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final patch the issue. |
| Vulnerability in the MySQL Connectors product of Oracle MySQL (component: Connector/C++). Supported versions that are affected are 9.7.0-9.7.1. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise MySQL Connectors. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of MySQL Connectors. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H). |

CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.2 (Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:H). |
| IBM WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Application Server Liberty are vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by sending a specially-crafted request. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the server to consume memory resources. |
| A vulnerability in the TCP/IP traffic handling function of the Snort Detection Engine of Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software and Cisco FirePOWER Services could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause legitimate network traffic to be dropped, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition.
This vulnerability is due to the improper handling of TCP/IP network traffic. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a large amount of TCP/IP network traffic through the affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the Cisco FTD device to drop network traffic, resulting in a DoS condition. The affected device must be rebooted to resolve the DoS condition. |
| A vulnerability in the Internet Key Exchange Version 2 (IKEv2) implementation of Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to trigger a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper control of a resource. An attacker with the ability to spoof a trusted IKEv2 site-to-site VPN peer and in possession of valid IKEv2 credentials for that peer could exploit this vulnerability by sending malformed, authenticated IKEv2 messages to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to trigger a reload of the device. |
| A vulnerability in the implementation of the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) module in Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition. The vulnerability is due to incorrect processing of certain BGP packets. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted BGP packet. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause a DoS condition on the affected device. |
| A vulnerability in the ARP packet processing of Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software for Cisco Firepower 2100 Series Security Appliances could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to cause an affected device to reload, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device. The vulnerability is due to incorrect processing of ARP packets received by the management interface of an affected device. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a series of unicast ARP packets in a short timeframe that would reach the management interface of an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to consume resources on an affected device, which would prevent the device from sending internal system keepalives and eventually cause the device to reload, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition. |
| A vulnerability in SSL/TLS message handler for Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device. This vulnerability exists because incoming SSL/TLS packets are not properly processed. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted SSL/TLS packet to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the affected device to reload, resulting in a DoS condition. |
| A vulnerability in the DHCP module of Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Software and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on the affected device. The vulnerability is due to incorrect processing of certain DHCP packets. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted DHCP packet to the affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause a DoS condition on the affected device. |
